Since my time they have disappeared from my town. Going to Houston from Dallas I SAW ONE! CHECKERS HAS BEEN ON MY RADAR FOR YEARS! On my last run I was able to stop and get dinner for us at checkers. I wasn't disappointed.

I usually don't stop at these restaurants that are put into truck stops, but never the less my stomach was telling me it was time to eat. Upon arriving inside the gas station I noticed it was very clean. When I walked up to the checkers counter I was welecomed by Miss Erica who made me feel very comfortable (I have ptsd and anxiety) by not making me feel rushed. I ordered the chicken bites and French fries box, and was happily surprised by how fast Ericca and Cody got it...
