Ordered 3 large pizzas to go. Disappointed in Hispanic male that checked me out because I had to go back inside and ask for parmesan cheese and red pepper condiments. He gave me only 4 parmesan cheese for 3 large pizzas. Wow!!! I even tipped him. Bad customer service right there.

This pizza hut is truly hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza is made as should and other times it's just...yeah...bad.
In this case, I went back into the store to request a refund or remake and was told "This is how we make the pizzas, it's supposed to be this way" ...... Yeah, absolutely not.
$20 for a specialty pizza and what's pictured is a normal make!? ??
Ordered super supreme pizza, paid almost $30. It looked like a regular pizza. Very little goodies on top. Tasted good just not what I expect for the money.

Pizza hut used to have awesome pizza, salad bar was a great addition to the meal. Now Pizza is tasteless and they have removed the salad bar. Will not eat at this location again. It is a loss for Fairfield, Tx.
Parking: Parking lot was empty, no customers means no cars.
