The LUIS ESPECIAL (Owner’s Recommendation)—grilled chicken and beef fajitas with bacon, small shrimps and grilled mushrooms, covered with monterey cheese, and served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and tortillas—is described as to die for. Salsa comes hot but has a great taste, and chips are fresh and not greasy. Ask for the green salsa. Service is exceptional, friendly, and always smiling. Meals are served quickly, and the food is absolutely delicious, hot, and consistently great. Diners drive from Dallas area to Fairfield mainly for certain dishes and would definitely recommend and eat here again.
