Found this place on accident. A very happy accident (Bob Ross voice). It has a Quirky atmosphere. Amazing food! The chicken fried steak is world class! Hand breaded with REAL homemade gravy! Amanda is an awesome cook and super friendly.

I pulled into this mom and pop restaurant, and right off i felt i was sent back to a simpler time. No one was on their phone..they was talking,even to a stranger like me! The food was great. The signs (which is everywhere) was very funny. If you come through this place...stop and eat. You won't regret it.

Always super friendly and welcoming! Food is always hot and fresh. The deserts are fabulous and homemade. Fried catfish and burgers are great choices. Chicken salad sandwich was the special the last time though and was a very nice change of pace. Great little diner!

Service was incredible from the moment we got there. I ordered the Armadillo Burger, but the server asked if the cook could freestyle a little bit with my burger and I said absolutely. Without a doubt one of the best burgers I have ever had, simply superb. I will make the very necessary detour the next time I head North on 45. Thank you, Something Different!
