The Butchers's Choice restaurant in downtown Dallas offers great food and attentive service. The pepperoni strips, boudin egg rolls, shrimp fettuccine, and pork ribeye are all fantastic. The portions are generous, but it's not a cheap meal. The staff is accommodating and will make things right if there's an issue. However, service can be slow due to being understaffed. The acoustics in the restaurant can make it loud during busy times. The decor features taxidermy, including a giant elk in the men's room. No coffee is served, which is a missed opportunity to pair with desserts like creme brulee.
