Horrible, went here with my girlfriend and we ordered. She ordered first and got her food in 3 minutes. I waited for 10+ minutes and still didn’t get my food and saw people that ordered after me get their food. I asked where it was they said it should be ready, it wasn’t. It’s unacceptable.

Walked into Taco Bell with my family on Wednesday around 6 o clock, and was immediately greeted with great customer service. Food was presented well and delicious! I was also shocked on how clean the dine in and bathrooms were. Definitely the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve been too! Whoever is running this establishment is doing awesome.

I ordered a food at this place and it took 37 very long minutes to be ready for a family of 4. I was driving and from Houston to Dallas and thought to stop by for quick bite. Very bad decision. If it was in my neighborhood- I will never visit them again.

I ordered on the app and when I showed up they said all their orders get routed to another Taco Bell. I called to cancel my order and they said to do it on the app, and that was not an option. I tried to explain that to them and asked them to just not make the order so that I can be refunded and they didn’t understand. Extremely frustrating.

The mexi melts was cold when we got them my dad could hardly eat them and gave the rest to me it made me sick to my stomach.
Ordered online... waited 10 minutes to leave.... arrive at the restaurant and I am told they are about to work on my order! 1 car in drive through and nobody inside! At least 3 employees, 1 doing nothing the other 2 having a chat in back... 10 minutes later, order ready but still waiting....

Love the place. Clean, good food, friendly service. Always wanted to work at a Taco Bell because of how good and authentic the food is!
Vegetarian options: You can just tell them to remove the meat from anything
Parking: Maybe 20 to 25 parking spots
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs and enough room for a person in a wheelchair to sit at the table
I'm a truck driver i went in .. i was seen ..I wasn't spoken to for at least 10 min then someone says someone will be with you soon , but you were just at the counter serving a child a drink and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge a customer

Let's not kid ourselves TB isn't excatly known for its costumer service but the staff here at this location have been nothing but kind to me. Place is clean and the food is prepared to the standards one should expect from the bell. fast and consistent.
