First time to buy crawfish there. There was an issue on the first order, but the owner made it right for me!!! I will be buying from this location again!!! Great food and helpful people!!
We purchased from the food truck in Palestine Tx yesterday. Our order was shrimp, lobster tail and 5 lbs of crawfish, spending roughly $100. The shrimp was good, well seasoned, the lobster was as well... however, the crawfish was very disappointing, it was super mushy, like trying to get mashed potatoes out of a shell... I got frustrated and only about a quarter of it was edible. I love crawfish but it was honestly so disappointing ?

Everything is great but the crawfish. Didn't taste great and dang near impossible to peel. Almost every one that I tried to peel, ripped in half and turned to mush in my fingers. Crab and shrimp are top notch though.
