Service is great. The hours keep getting cut back. They used to be open until mid-afternoon, now it's closing earlier and earlier. Last time I looked (Feb 2024) it was closed at 10am.

Don’t bother. It’s never open. Should be removed from this listing.
Do not shop here too often but enjoy it when I do. Appreciate their produce section and selection. Like to see all the different things they have from other stores. I wish there were not quite so expensive.
Visited the 14th Street Manhattan location today. So disappointing. The surly guy at the deli counter sliced my $10 per pound cheese order onto the wax paper without any care — no paper between slices; he didn’t even bother to stack the slices neatly so that they could be peeled off singly for use later. The slices weren’t even at least laid flat but were carelessly dumped and folded on top of one another, resulting in a big glob of cheese that could not be peeled into single slices. The package was handed to me without the weight/price sticker. Glad I noticed or would have had to return upstairs to the deli counter from the payment register downstairs. Same issues with the much more expensive sliced turkey I ordered. Also, a sign was displayed on the counter for a cheese special. I asked for that cheese and it took 10 minutes for the guy to tell me they were out of the special. I continued to shop and walked by the deli counter 10 minutes later and the sign for the non-existent cheese was still there. Ridiculous. I have no problem paying premium prices but not for such shoddy service. No more. Lots of other options — and much better service — elsewhere in the City.
You can buy your groceries here, but will pay a premium to cover the snooty atmosphere. It's pleasant to be here, but expensive.
I have been shopping at Whole Foods for 3 years.I was hoping i was going to be healthy from buying good organic foods. 2020 of late I and the world has come to find out that most of the foods in Whole foods come from CHINA. Fish,Appels, fruits, mushrooms, garlic, chicken all of the 365 Organic Products are from China. The conditions in China are very poor, fish living in Filty conditions.Only watched by their people they choose. The conditions are behond poor.Whole foods you really fooled the world.
Helpful staff. Good fresh veggie, proteins and fruit. Cookies are fabulous and so are the desserts! Love his store!
You can get things not readily available elsewhere but you really pay for it. Clean and well organized and great to pick up those one or two special things but not for weekly shopping.
This is one of the smaller footprint stores but we frequent it at least once a week. Good management, super friendly and helpful staff. I love all the prepared foods in the back and the serve-yourself bars.
They had run out of almost everything on a Sunday afternoon, the coffee was decentbut they also got the order wrong the first time.

We always found high quality at WF when they arrived in Plano 20+ years ago but the newer location in Fairview is outstanding. I not too sure how the relationship will change since Amazon took them over.
I am staying in Allen for 5 weeks. My friend took me to Whole Foods to stock up. I was blown away by the selection available. I got what I needed. The quality of what I bought was excellent. This will be my go to place for next 5 weeks.
Always good for specialty food. Love the deli
