Service is great. The hours keep getting cut back. They used to be open until mid-afternoon, now it's closing earlier and earlier. Last time I looked (Feb 2024) it was closed at 10am.

Need to carefully read the labels. Didn't want to start my day off with bioengineered food ingredients

As if their weren't already enough reasons to waste money here, now it's pretty clear they don't care about what their customers want as long as they get your money. My most recent visit left me frustrated after I was presented with an option of an entire cake or no cake, because an associate sitting on her phone in the bakery didn't want to do her job of slicing it. "No I'm sorry. We might have more slices tomorrow!" I was staring at the whole cake in front of me and surprised at her response after asking if she could slice the cake for me since their were no other slices out and available. Seriously just give me a knife and I'll slice it and clean up after myself. I've had a long day and I just want a slice of cake. They're so rude here at Whole Foods and not hospitality oriented at all. At HEB or Central Market this wouldn't have been a factor. Leave those expectations at the door though or just don't come in. I don't think most customers want an entire cake, but it's pretty clear they don't care about what their customers want here. Half Assed Whole Paycheck.

I love their salad bar! I was very disappointed during my last two visits when the coffee shop was closed. I literally walked in while the girl was at the register and she told me she couldn't help me because they close the coffee shop at 2:00 PM it was 1:59 PM!

I'm sad this location isn't a locals only secret anymore. Oh well, great minds and great finds right? Whole Foods, wholesome ingredients, pajamas and babies welcome. I would highlight all of the best things available here, but then they might get ransacked and it would become the dirty, overrun, poorly kept, high traffic location that never has anything good in stock. Ssshhh, let's stop telling everyone how awesome this place is!!!

Don’t bother. It’s never open. Should be removed from this listing.

I like the cleanliness of the market. People there are friendly. You get service pretty fast if needed for things. The fruits, veggies and meats are pretty fresh.

We came to get a cake and flowers for graduation. The writing on the cake was rather sloppy but the cake itself was good. The flowers are usually more expensive here. The lady who wrapped it for us into a bouquet didn't do the best job but it was complimentary...

I love coming here, this store is always so clean and the employees are super helpful. One time the milk wasn't ringing up for the sale price and the employee at self checkout sent me to another register to make sure I got it, great customer service! If I could afford shopping here every week I would. Best store in the Allen/Fairview area

Do not shop here too often but enjoy it when I do. Appreciate their produce section and selection. Like to see all the different things they have from other stores. I wish there were not quite so expensive.

Visited the 14th Street Manhattan location today. So disappointing. The surly guy at the deli counter sliced my $10 per pound cheese order onto the wax paper without any care — no paper between slices; he didn’t even bother to stack the slices neatly so that they could be peeled off singly for use later. The slices weren’t even at least laid flat but were carelessly dumped and folded on top of one another, resulting in a big glob of cheese that could not be peeled into single slices. The package was handed to me without the weight/price sticker. Glad I noticed or would have had to return upstairs to the deli counter from the payment register downstairs. Same issues with the much more expensive sliced turkey I ordered. Also, a sign was displayed on the counter for a cheese special. I asked for that cheese and it took 10 minutes for the guy to tell me they were out of the special. I continued to shop and walked by the deli counter 10 minutes later and the sign for the non-existent cheese was still there. Ridiculous. I have no problem paying premium prices but not for such shoddy service. No more. Lots of other options — and much better service — elsewhere in the City.

I tend to stop at this Whole Foods Market spot as I'm traveling home. There's always a variety of my Good Belly digestive and probiotic drinks/shot's to choose from. The customer service is pretty nice as well.

You can buy your groceries here, but will pay a premium to cover the snooty atmosphere. It's pleasant to be here, but expensive.

It's nice to have a Whole Foods location on this side of town, serving the Allen, Fairview, McKinney, and Northeast side of Plano areas. This location is located at the Fairview Town Center, which is kind of sleepy compared to its Allen counterpart across the street. It's also conveniently located adjacent to the 75 freeway. The location is like most Whole Foods: slightly expensive grocery items but of great quality. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can score some really good deals! In my most recent visit, I was able to buy some seafood and fruit at a pretty reasonable price. Also, all sale items are an extra 10% off for prime members. In addition to their grocery section, there is a cafe where you can order food to go. I haven't tried the food here at this location, but if it is anything like my old location in CA, then it should be good! I have to share my greatest find of all of my Whole Foods Market history: their tres leches cake slice at the bakery section. OMFG. I never found this back in CA WFMs, so when I saw that a tres leches cake slice was available here, I figure I would try it plus it was an extra 10% off due to being a Prime member. Is it terrible to say that this is better than many tres leches cakes from legit panaderias that I have enjoyed in the past? Because it truly is. The cake was perfect in every way. I plan to get this again and again and again.. Overall, this is a good WFM and GET THE TRES LECHES CAKE HERE!
