Food was amazing I ordered 10 bone in wings buffalo with a Coke. Took my order immediately and took them 5-10 minutes. Atmosphere is great if you are an extrovert. Lots of people around watching the massive tv in the middle. Crowded around 9:30 we were watching Indiana Vs Oklahoma basketball. My server Skyler was the best server ever she was super kind and prioritized my meal. Needs a raise asap

I really hate to bring this up, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experiences. During my last two visits, I encountered large cockroaches that were alive and very present in the patio area. It was disturbing enough that we had to move to avoid the risk of bugs getting into our food—completely unacceptable and honestly, quite disgusting.
I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as it significantly impacted the quality of the experience.

Tonight was my 1st visit to Boomer Jacks. Great atmosphere, delicious food and the service was AMAZING! My server was Olivia. She explained the drink specials and made great suggestions from the food menu. She was super sweet and friendly. There's plenty of open parking and lots of TVs with sports and music videos. Definitely a vibe to go solo or hang with friends.

Stopped there for food and drink after attempting to start hiking regimen with sister that failed. We sat on the patio and had the Carnivore Flatbread and Boomer Jack's Queso. Both were amazing! Food was hot and so flavorful. Queso came with alot of crisp chops and very good salsa. Our server was pretty attentive and super busy being Sunday afternoon. Multiple TVs on the patio with lots of football. Our Bloody Mary's were not too spicy and really good for $5 Sunday Funday specials. It had lime and olive as garnishment with Tajin around the rim. We decided we made a much better decision stopping there than trying to go hiking.

The service was horrible. We came in around 11:15 pm tonight. Actually, I’m sitting at the bar and the tall gentleman ask us if we wanted a drink. It’s our first time so we didn’t know right off the back. He tosses us some menus and say, I’ll be back. Well, he never came back. I guess these regular patrons he’s familiar with comes in. He goes over. Does a little two step proceeds to take their order. After sitting here the female behind the bar finally comes over and say, did he take your order. We’re like NO. She apologized and takes our order. I’m definitely annoyed and ready to go. I only came because it’s literally 3 minutes from my house and I just need a quick night out. Total fail and I’m here not feeling any better so it definitely defeated the purpose. Don’t go if you’re not a regular. You’ll be treated poorly. I had a one star ⭐️ before I left but the female bartender definitely redeemed the situation. She was so sweet and poured the best drinks. ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her and her service.

First time coming and was excited and ended up very disappointed with the restaurant. Sat down and was told our waitress will be with us shortly and 20 minutes passed and never saw my waitress… never even got to get a water. Had to leave to grab something else to eat

We went on a Saturday night so they were busy but we were seated quickly since the place is huge. There was a lag on the actual service but it was to be expected honestly. Service was friendly. Food was great! Cocktails were a bit of a letdown. Just really sweet drinks, with little actual taste of any alcohol. That may be some people's thing but I prefer to taste it.
