Honestly, great concept but the implementation is just horrible. My first impression was the non-existent service upon walking in. I basically had to figure out how this place worked by relying on the guests already dining and the signs posted. Eventually a staff member walked out from the kitchen and asked me to sign the waiver, which I had already done during my wait, only to assign me to a table that wasn't even bussed yet. I had to use my own anti bacterial wipes from my own bag to wipe down the table.
This is a scan with your phone, order, then the food is brought to your table. I bought a day play pass for my child and brunch. No complaints about the wait but they did bring us food we didn't order. I told them we didn't order it and they brought it to the correct table. This does happen at other restaurants but given what had already happened so far, this just shows how disorganized this place is. Also, every single table had water and I was not offered water which shows inconsistency with their service. And before people say, "well you could've ordered water", bottled water was out of stock according to their toast tab menu. It would've also been nice to notify customers when they were out of hash browns and needed to be subbed with diced potatoes. Extremely pissed off we had to order and tip before everything because you can guarantee it would've been different.
The toys and play equipments were dirty, broken,and extremely disorganized. 2 stars just because they have an air conditioned play area for kids and they have souvenir bubbles if you're fortunate enough to have a staff there right when you leave.
Take your money and time elsewhere.

In theory it’s a great concept. But this place was falling apart. It was disgusting. There was a huge cockroach in the kids play area. The play area is NOT worth $12 per kid. You’d rather go to a proper play area. We ended up staying an hour and a half because the food took forever and at the end it was horrible. Old strawberries and bananas. They did refund the two food items but still charged the play area pass despite the cockroach. The play area was pretty trashed as well.. definitely not worth it. We will not be returning.

Had a very pleasant experience and definitely recommend this place. Mackenzie; the event manager had made the entire process seamless. Will repeat for private events and definitely recommended.
Absolutely perfect place for a kids’ party. Everyone was welcoming and helpful and made it truly stress free. The kids also had a blast. Highly recommend.

The interior is cute but this place has gone down hill very drastically. The food is disgusting and low quality and it’s literally empty inside, no one really brings their kids here as often anymore and the staff just look miserable or just don’t know how to interact with children….its just very awkward ?

20/10! We are so happy we had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here! The kids loved the inside/outside play options, but I was so glad to hear how much the parents enjoyed the space and the party as well! As the party host, I was blown away by how supportive Melissa was for the whole experience! Prior to the party her communication was prompt, clear, and she was excited for our party! During party day set up she jumped in seamlessly and was a huge help. She managed our guests, the party room and everything we needed with such positive and happy energy. The Moms with babies commented on how well the space was set up and the changing room for diapering! Melissa has thought of everything! Thank you Bubbles Eat & Play for helping us have the best memories of our daughter’s 3rd birthday! We will see yall soon… the food here is really good on the regular!

An AMAZING atmosphere. Parents can brunch and the kiddos can play. The windows allow you to watch your child play from the tables. Ball pit, busy boards, soft play areas, toys, and all thing kids. It gives the perfect morning/afternoon for the whole family
