Let two employees know I was there to pick up an order when I walked in. Than proceeded to watch multiple people be allowed to cut in line and grab there orders. I finally had to remind an employee that I was there to pick up an order. He than grabs it sitting on the shelf. Once I asked if it was sitting there the whole time the older gentleman that works here (didn't get his name), snaps at me with a terrible attitude.
Here's a thought. Try prioritizing your customers in the order they came in.

OK...first I am not slamming Chicken Salad Chick or the chick that owns them. Up until today, we have eaten at several locations. Down South they offer(ed) veggie sticks as a side. Up here, salad. Well today I found that changed. It seems odd that a restaurant with quality food and an err on the side of healthy, would get rid of basic salad. I've read many reviews of those who say the same thing. Salad....lettuce and dressing. Low carb, GF mostly...why? Salad and, well, chicken salad go together. The team was very nice informing me that things have changed. I showed my dissatisfaction, going against my wife's advise, and they still smiled. Good job Fairview team! To watch the obese and old shuffle in to partake in a lunch and conversation, thinking that they are eating light, is now harder to accomplish. More bread (new sandwiches), crackers, cookies, and the only side item pretending not packed with carbs, the broccoli salad, would be good if it wasn't mixed with a sugar based liquid of some sort. I don't like to say it, but here's another franchise taking the easy road to satisfy a part of their customer base. Unfortunately, its the base with pre-diabetes. I like the chicken salad. Its 99.9% carb free. When I return with my own salad from home to eat with a scoop of Jalapeno Holly, do not tell me I can't bring my own food in. Salad y'all....lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. Not too hard and a good profit item. You won't change for me or the many others who feel the same way, but we have to let you know.

I tried them last night for the first time ever and I was hooked lol. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I got the Olivia’s old south on croissant, broccoli salad, Lemon basil (could’ve had a teensy bit more flavor but still good) and kickin’ Kay Lynne scoops, flower cookie and strawberry lemonade. And I know some people like to talk down on the aesthetics but it just reminds me of a specific style of the early 2000s like limited too and Lizzie McGuire that feeds my nostalgia. 🌺👌🏻

Let's say you were at The Village or Fairview Town Center doing some shopping. Maybe you were the shopper and very excited to be doing that thing. Or maybe you were the dad just there to hand over a credit card, praying the whole experience might end soon.
Whatever the case, if you're looking for a nice, relaxing place to get an easy, low-key meal, this is a solid choice. The chicken salad (I'm partial to Olivia's Old South but they're all nice) is delicious, the people are very friendly, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The hypothetical dad in the above scenario can end the day with a win... he definitely needs it.

I have eaten there twice and tried two different types of chicken salad, the barbecue and the jalapeño, both were delicious. I like that there are not any waiters so you can eat slowly and visit with friends.

My father is elderly and unable to drive so I order him Chicken Salad chick weekly and he makes sandwiches for the week using the Quick Chick and bread slices. Never had an issue with delivery until yesterday when order was delivered to the wrong house. While this was extremely frustrating and completely the fault of the DoorDash delivery, when I called the store they worked with me to try to resolve the issue. The Manager Mark even offered to drive the order to my father himself. I really appreciated the efforts from management to go above and beyond to help with this.
