Service and ambiance was great but the food is subpar. I had a bagel and a matcha. The matcha taste store-bought, even though it was made right in front of me. The bagel I'm sure was store-bought, toasted but still cold in the middle. To add insult to injury, they charge extra for the cream but you have to put it on yourself.

Unfortunately I did not glance long enough at the reviews and website to see that they don’t offer decaf, but I had a lovely London Fog (a little less caffeine). The barista made a beautiful leaf on my London fog.

Cute little shop that kind of hidden. I was working in the area and looking for a coffee shop that wasn't a chain. This popped up. Drove around in a circle for a minute before I found it. Super helpful barista asked me what I normally order and make me an excellent caramel cold brew! I saw they had ice cream so I will have to come back again but with my daughter.
I come here just about everyday and the service is always phenomenal.Bo is my absolute fav my kiddos love coming in on the weekends to see him. Jake is always kind and quick. He made thee most perfect leaf today. The coffee is always perfectly crafted, the ice cream is good as well. Love coming here!

I was in town from Chicago for a business trip in McKinney and stayed at the Home2 Suites in Fairview/Allen. I was excited to discover a coffee shop just down the block from the hotel. I ended up going there every day for a week and a half—and I’m really going to miss it. Big shoutout to Beau, who remembered my regular order after just one visit. Super nice guy, as was everyone else I met there. The coffee is solid, the vibe is relaxed, and there’s plenty of seating both indoors and outside. If you’re looking for a laid-back neighborhood coffee spot with friendly staff, definitely give Cream & Sugar a try.
