My wife and I went for dinner last Sunday, only to end up eating a couple of chips without water because we waited for almost 30 minutes, and no one came back to offer us any or even ask if we had been attended to. But what really bothered me was that a large party of people sitting next to us was attended to quickly, with water and drinks right away. They came about 15 minutes after us. Maybe I should bring people with me next time?

I am a big fan of Gloria's. The fajitas are great. The chicken is moist and well and well seasoned. In my opinion they have the best fajita chicken out of all texmex.
1st timer - The food was good. My partner is a slow eater (likes to process his food). The server kept coming over to collect our plates when we weren't done. I even pulled her and the MOD to the side to let them know that we felts as if we were being pushed out. I asked her nicely to not come over again for at least 15 minutes. 4 minutes later, someone comes over and grabs our plate to collect it when were weren't done. After 3 reminders that we felt rushed, we gave up and (unfortunately) paid the bill and left. Probably won't go back there.

Everything about this restaurant is great! Our server, Victor, was friendly, attentive and made sure our group were taken care of. There are a wide variety of dishes and beverages to choose from. The food is amazing and cooked just like we asked our food to be cooked. There is a nice, comfortable atmosphere and nice decor.
