Worst Valentines Day experience!!! Drove an hour and 20 min. Get There early order early before movie starts don’t get food for 40 min. When food finally arrives it’s cold and the Mac and cheese is hard as a rock!! Send it back and they give me the same food on a different plate still cold!!! Ask for ranch when I initially order took an hour to get it!! Also for some reason thy allow people that arrive late to use their phone flashlights to look at the menu, smfh!!! We will never be going back definitely not worth the experience!!!! Mediocre customer service with high priced food that is comparable to McDonald’s or Wendy’s value menu!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

How do you charge a booking fee when the ticket is purchased in person at the theater? Charging a booking fee while doing it online is already criminal, but doing it to your customers when they're there in person is insane.

IPIC Theater has been on a journey with us. It was the setting for some of the very first dates my husband and I shared. It was where we went on our first date after our first daughter was born—using the blankets to sleep through a movie as exhausted new parents. It has witnessed birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations for no reason at all.
IPIC has seen us grow into a family of five and has held so many moments we will cherish forever.
Why IPIC? The staff is genuinely kind, the atmosphere feels special, and while tickets may be only about 75 cents more than other local theaters, the food prices are comparable—and the experience is unmatched.
IPIC isn’t just a movie theater to us. It’s a place our family can always count on, a tradition we’ve come to cherish deeply.

Service was good and seats were comfortable. Food was okay with few flies and musty smell. But surprised how some people have less than min common sense with parking.

Complimentary popcorn is only 1 small bag. I eat a lot of popcorn at a movie and was extremely disappointed to find I couldn’t get any more than the one bag. I couldn’t even purchase more. I’m there to enjoy my movie and popcorn and was told no to more popcorn.
Otherwise, the facility is nice (however last time we went our booked seats of 4, one of the seats didn’t recline) extremely disappointing. We could have moved but were only offered seats that were down super close to the screen. Didn’t want to cause a scene as we were with a child.
And the theater wasn’t even full.

My wife and I enjoyed going to the Fairview location an hour or so early to enjoy a few drinks and free pool before a show. Tonight we learned that some out of touch C-suite exec decided free pool was a missed opportunity to earn more money. Result: empty pool tables and an empty bar on a Friday night. Fire this guy. We will not be back.

IPIC Theaters gave me the full luxury movie vibe comfortable seating, solid sound, and service that makes the night feel special. Food and drinks hit the table quick, and the overall experience felt upscale but still relaxed. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is a few small details could’ve been sharper. Overall, a 4-star spot a go-to when you want more than just a movie, you want the experience.
