My husband took me here this past weekend for the first time and he was very excited even though he had a bad customer service experience at his first visit when he took his mom there. This time again the customer service was poor and we were unable to voice our concerns when we tried contacting , this made him very upset and disappointed and the bad experience ruined the night for us. Do better! If you are trying to provide a luxury experience make sure the customer service matches the rest.

Unfortunately my recent visit was not fortunate. We use to go to this location a lot, now I remembered why we stopped going. Cameron, one of the managers was a pleasure to converse with. However, during the movie, we ordered food and my husband ordered an IPA and I ordered wine. We'll, we received our food before the drinks. Also, our waitress never introduced herself and acted like she did not want to be there. Ashton and Cameron, I hope that thus was just an off night because if it is not, we won't be back.

I've been this this location twice (in 7/2023 and 3/2024). The food and the seating is good, my issue is the customer service. In 2023 when I placed an order at my seat it never came. About 30 minutes later I had to go to the kitchen myself to place the order (they never had) because no one came when I press the call button at my seat. In my second visit I place an order with 2 sides of ranch I didn't get. Our waiter noticed and mentioned she'll bring it but didn't. I press the call button to order two drinks. A man asked if he could help standing directly over my head. I requested the drinks, he replied "Mmm Mmm" then reached over my body to turn off the call button without warning then walked away. I only received one of those drinks. I really wanted to come back but spending $200 and getting treated like this is upsetting. I tried calling at different times to voice my concerns but I only get their voicemail.

I like this theater but I saw the PET SHOP BOYS concert here last week and the sound was terrible. I asked the theater to check the sound because there was no sound coming from any of the speakers except from the front of the theater. The employee agreed it was very quiet and said that they get a lot of complaints about the sound and would try to change something but there's only one knob for volume and it only goes so loud. Nothing changed. I love the band so I stayed and watched with my friend. But we both agreed that the sound was shockingly bad.

Saw Bee Keeper and it was great. Food was way over priced and not that good but you can't beat the comfy seats and that's why we only go here for movies.
