We went to pick up 2 pizzas and salad for a friend that had placed an order and they only had one pizza ready and the wrong salad.It turned out they gave our order to someone else. While that’s a bummer, OK.While they were working on making a new order, a different man came up to the front and I asked him if there were two pizzas cooking, since we were on a time crunch, and they only had one pizza before.Instead of answering my question, a couple of different times he said that it wasn’t their fault about the order, because they asked the other customers if they had ordered two pizzas and a salad and the other people said yes. No answer to my question, or an apology, just him repeatedly saying it wasn’t their fault.Please say you’re sorry and apologize when you make a mistake. I don’t live near this Palio’s, but if I did, I would not come back to this store, based on how they treat customers.

Unfortunately, after years of patronage and loyalty, and overlooking numerous poor customer service experiences on their end… I am finally writing a negative review.The last straw is what I will start with. Two days ago I called in an order for a party we were throwing a day in advance. I ordered 6 large pizzas to be delivered at 3:45 pm the next day and PAID IN ADVANCE including tip over the phone. Day of the part pizzas were no where in sight. I called and spoke with a girl who answered who was quick to say it was likely the Fairview location and they had not made any pizzas for us. Quick to write me off, could’ve cared less. I explained we paid in advance, etc etc. It clearly meant nothing to her. Zero acknowledgement, zero apology. Our party went without food needless to say. Never a manager on site, never a call back from the “owner”.Multiple other times where a mistake was made on their end, no big deal right? Well it shouldn’t be… a simple gesture on their end to remake a pizza the way it was ordered is all it would’ve taken. But everything here gets blown out of proportion with workers bursting into tears over simple matters of a pizza coming out differently than it was ordered.Spare yourself the drama. Order Pizza Hut or anywhere else. After years of pushing through this drama and poor customer service because we do like their pizza when it’s made properly. I’ve officially given up. The owner doesn’t even care. And I have no idea if we were even issued a refund for the 6 pizzas we never received.

I don't eat pizza often but lately this has become a regular for me. There are so many delicious pizza combinations or you can build your own. There are some freaky ones too that I won't mess, lol, with but my friends love those. I love the thin crust. The desserts are great too. Employees are wonderful as well.

Delicious pizza and salads, including gluten free! Locally owned by a wonderful family!Vegetarian options: Any pizza and salad can be made vegetarian. We haven’t had the other dishes but I’d bet there are other options too.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options are good.Parking: Can always find a spot in short walk if not right in front.Kid-friendliness: We have also eaten in and the staff was lovely and friendly and patient with our kids.

The Pizza was very tasty, with a perfect crust thickness. All the toppings were good I enjoyed it overall. One thing I did not like was the way the pizza was cut. I would ask for it to be cut in triangles next time.

This used to be my favorite place to eat! I would drive 25-30 minutes just to go get an Italian sub with my favorite sauce!But this time I was very disappointedMy sub was completely different! The ingredients were not fresh like they were before and of course the sauce is completely different! I had 45 minutes of break and I called before so I could just go and pick it up and come back to work but they messed up my odder I didn’t wanted to be rude and I just waited. not worth the wait and my entire break ?
