Bad food coupled with even worse prices. The 'Large Special Combination' is a complete rip-off. It’s at best the size of a medium anywhere else. They completely skimped on the meat with laughable scraps of tripe and tendon. The egg rolls were extra tiny, burnt on the ends, and tasted of old, rancid oil.

Atmosphere is bad because of outsmarting customers like me, it is not just the sarcasm. Today Nam charged a dollar or more extra. She saw me look at prices and knows I can calculate the tax. Her daughter said her name is Denise like her aunt who runs the restaurant with Nam. I don't believe that is her name. Tammy the other one who left for California is more sarcastic. Altogether after sixteen years of supporting them Nam had the audacity to charge a dollar more for 3/4 of a whole small lime that costs .25 cents which they usually give 1/4 of a lime with the soup. Mario and maria have given half ir 3/4 of a small lime and never charged me a dollar more. They never give itemized details of charges. Little schizuan of Plano did the same and we quit going there also. I am very tired of being cheated by both restaurants. I have been very nice to all of them and they take nice for stupidity. I just would calculate before you walk up to pay at the register. I will never go back. Nam had the audacity to keep saying is taxes Mama is taxes Mama. She is older than me calling me Mama 🤣😂😅😭 After showing her my food with tax was less, then she said did you have extra lime 🤣😂😅😭😭🤣😂😅😭😭😭? Calculate before you walk to the register. I was really disappointed to be treated like I am stupid. And she did not give me my change.

TLDR; food is amazing. Staff is great. Location is busy. Atmosphere is a bit cramped and noisy.
We ordered the V6 pork and shrimp vermicelli, P1 beef combo special, S1 Chicken soup, and Spicy Seafood soup. All were amazing, delicious and fresh ... Though it took 30m to get the soups out, the vermicelli bowl came out in about 10 mins.

The ladies here are super personable. They always treat you like family. Their curry pho is quite addicting.. beware. It is TOO good. The spice level is great, the flavor is killer, and the freshness is very obvious.
I took one bite of the egg roll and it was so bad that I asked if I could switch it to a spring roll instead. The staff member changed it, but with a very rude attitude and an annoyed expression.
When I went to pay, I noticed they charged me for both the egg roll and the spring roll. When I asked why, she argued that I had “already eaten it,” even though I only took one bite.
If she was going to charge me for both, she should have at least handled the situation politely from the beginning. I don’t understand why she acted rude when switching it and then charged me extra on top of that. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Food used to be ok but now its nasty! Dont complain here, they will give you the dirty look and still over charge you everything! Dont expect good customer service here because there’s none! We will never come back here!

This is the BEST Vietnamese food you will ever find. I have been a Vietnamese food connoisseur for decades. I have traveled all over Vietnam. This is as good and authentic as it gets. Mom and pop family run hole in the wall. Highly recommend Pho P12, Shrimp/ Pork Spring Rolls, Pork Vermicelli, chicken basil flat noodle.
