I used to live in Plano years ago and drive to this restaurant, now I returned to the area and visited again. I remembered how good their fried rices were. Well, this one didn't turn out like such,it was dry and bland. At home I added several Asian seasonings to make it palatable. My husband had the orange chicken that was dry as well and the sauce served on the side wasn't enough to make it moist. Needless to see, it was disappointing... Maybe I'll try one more time and see if I chose a wrong day, it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon

I got the Pho with brisket and beef. The broth was very clear and flavorful ! I always got a Thai tea that I greatly enjoyed. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this pho spot since high school — I’m 30 now so that’s 15 years deep. It’s still my go-to. I usually only eat twice a day and I try to keep it clean and feel good after I eat, and this place always hits
My usual is the P9 extra large with extra meat plus a bunch of lime and jalapeño. That one bowl keeps me full and feeling right all day. For real, try that and see how your body feels after

This has been my to go to Pho for the past years and its been one of the ones I've had. I'm changing my review because the food is different now. I'm not sure if they changed the cook or what happened but the pho lost its flavor. I have ordered the same thing for the past three years. Anyway I hope they get their old cook back or maybe they changed their supplier.

Was in the area and wanted Pho. Found this place on Yelp. I normally research a new place prior to trying. This time I took a chance based on the reviews.
I am soooo glad I did. The best Pho I have had in Collin county. This will be my go to spot. The flavor was spot on and had so much depth. I enjoyed it. I had never had curry pho before. I look forward to trying more of the dishes. A customer checking out was raving about the bon mi sandwich. I will try that as well. This is what I enjoyed:
Seafood curry pho, medium heat: 10/10 Flavorful, fresh, shrimp were clean and plump, the crab stick was ok.. even though I don’t like imitation crab. The broth made it taste better than normal. The broth is so creamy and bursting with flavor. The love is in the broth.
Shrimp rolls: 10/10 So crispy and full of flavor. The ingredients were all chopped just right and no big pieces of shrimp inside. They were cooked perfectly!

Our group stopped in for lunch and immediately felt unwelcome. The woman who seated us — who we later learned is the owner — was cold, dismissive, and unapproachable. She answered our basic questions about the menu with one-word responses and an attitude that clearly showed we were an inconvenience.
We stayed only because we were short on time before a nearby meeting — a decision we regret. The seafood soup came out cold, the rice and meat dishes were tough and flavorless, and when we asked (politely) if the soup is normally served lukewarm, we were met with a rude glare instead of basic courtesy.
It’s shocking that someone running a business would treat paying customers this way. We didn’t finish our meals and left thoroughly disappointed. Between the unprofessional behavior, poor food quality, and unwelcoming atmosphere, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We will not return, and strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
