Employees were very helpful and friendly, the Buffalo Chicken salad I got was delicious with no modifications, and it was easy and quick to get in and out. Price was very fair for the large salad portion, and for a healthy lunch option, I'mma come back!

Served a very warm soup. The coffee was super watery and not strong. I had to go back through the line and request a refund. Tanyja had excuses about the coffee. I asked if she was pre-making the drinks and she denied it. I have been to this location many times but it had been six months. So the service has gone down hill.

Please learn to wrap the wraps, they always fall apart and the ingredients seem to be cut much larger than other locations, ex. bell peppers. Love this place but wraps ain’t wrapping.

I love the salads but I have to mark down because of sanitary reasons. I don’t know what changed in the last week, but I really don’t appreciate that they keep putting the salad packets that someone has touched in my box of salad that I am going to eat. Even when I request that they don’t put it in there, they still do. I come a few times a week, but I may need to consider another option.

I ordered a burrito a year ago. Asked them to cut it in half because I wanted to share it with my daughter. The young lady handed me back the burrito and told me it was against company policy. hmmmm.. Haven't been back since.

Lee Lawrence, manager at the Fairview location, went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping our volleyball team get fed this past weekend. We had a large order and had been disappointed with delivery services cancelling our orders at the 11th hour. He was so kind and gracious to help us get a wonderful lunch, and even helped us tremendously by delivering it during a busy tournament. We are so grateful to his team and for his communication-- really OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I'll be emailing the Allen Volleyball team to reach out for their help in the future!
