Jalea was our waitress and she was top notch in her service. Food and drinks were awesome. My husband ordered from Barrel & Bones while I ordered from the Black Agave. Pretty cool two restaurants in one. Would highly recommend and we will return here again while on vacation.

Service not good. Food so so. Margarita good. Management could have helped our server who was working the whole place and was behind bar as well. The whole fish was well, fishy. Our orders came out 5 minutes after we ordered it which tells me a little microwave action was taking place. My chile relleno is an example of that. The place is beautiful with a wonderful back porch however it does not placate the food quality or the price that goes with it. I hope they get it together because this place has great potential

Outstanding place all the way around! They didn't miss a beat with anything from drinks, chips and salsa to the filet fajitas. All wonderful! Very much enjoyed the green salsa with the chips. Good amount of heat with excellent flavor. Had the Rasa Rova (sorry for the miss-spell.) Great margarita!) for dinner had the filet fajitas (pictured) and I would say they are some of the best I have ever had! Served steaming hot with plenty to go around. The service was excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly. There was a large party there, but it didn't slow anyone down one bit. Was able to be seated, served (well), and ready to head out in about one hour. Will be back the next time I am in town!

I was instantly greeted the moment I walked in by a kind gentleman named Jared. He ended up being my waiter as well. He answered any of mh questions with a smile and ended up giving an excellent recommendation.I chose to sit on the patio, which happened to be right on the water. The weather was absolutely perfect.I ended up ordering the fajitas. These weren’t just your typical fajitas either. These were easily some of the best filet mignon fajitas I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly cooked (medium rare) and full of flavor. It came with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and your choice of tortillas.The main reason why I tried this new restaurant out was actually for the Mil Hojas. It was heaven on a plate. Flaky, creamy, sweet, and every other descriptive word. The way everything just came together ?I’ll be dreaming about this dessert until the next time (probably the next day)

We were really impressed with the menu and both complimentary salsas. All entrees were really good too. Our complaints are that they never bothered to take our finished plates so our table became increasingly crowded and the cinco leches was 1/4 dry! An unforgivable sin regarding tres

Jalea is AMAZING! We let her know it was our first time in and she got a free app for us, tablitas were amazing! Drinks were so yummy (margarita Monday!!) and food came out perfectly, would definitely recommend! She even brought out a desert because it was our anniversary! Amazing service and staff!

So this gets an immediate 5 stars only because there isn’t a 6. The queso blanco al pastor is next level. The pollo con mole is above next level. The enchiladas were fantastic. Just a great place to eat and can’t wait to come back! Please don’t miss out on this spot and definitely get the cinco leches cake…. Sooooo goooood. They go above and beyond to make you happy. We absolutely love this restaurant.

I'm only giving two stars for the fact that Eric the bartender made a great margarita-. The staff is very friendly,except the African American lady that's the "manager" she's super rude. Chips and salsa came out, tasted like wal mart bottled salsa verde and old El Paso red salsa. Nothing authentic there... I ordered a Tijuana Caesar Salad with shrimp. Keep in mind that supposedly the ceasar salad was created in Tijuana so I'm thinking ok this is going to be awesome. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I've had better ceasar side salads at Wendy's drive thru, the salad was drowned in a bottled ceasar dressing with about four kernels of corn and brown shredded lettuce. To the chef, Please do your research on Ceasar Salad ingredients because this was a terrible representation of a Tijuana Ceasar Salad. I also ordered just a side of filet mignon. The steak I was served was a cut up rib-eye not a filet mignon. Although the cut of meat and texture was good there wasn't an ounce of any type of seasoning. Needless to say I won't be returning here unless I eat at home and come for a margarita because if your looking for authentic Mexican food this is not the place. So moral of the story is if your looking for a good drink and horrible food come here!!

Decided to stop by on a whim! Asked the hostess if it was okay if my little cousin ate her nuggets there she said of course and Manager came from the kitchen to basically kick us out. Service was awful... had my 9 year old cousin that was with me she brought in chick fil a nuggets. The manager escorted us out didn't want out our business. We wanted to try the place but he basically kicked us out. The MANAGER was a complete asshole. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!
