The food was absolutely amazing and my waiter Matt did a phenomenal job. He answered all my questions with a smile and he also had a great personality the entire time.In regards to the food; the ribs had just the right amount of pull to them, while being nice and tender.The brisket was extremely juicy and tender as well. I had the half rack spare ribs which were dry rubbed and good when dipped in their BBQ saúce. Seating was finding a free table but a lot of tables were just full of dirty dishes though other tables were free - just not enough for 3 of us. The manager saw us waiting and had someone clean the table. Unfortunately person didn't clean the seats which had food still on it. HOT TIP -If you look at the "to go" menus in front of the hostess station, there is a stack of to-go menus that included a black $5 off coupon of purchases for $20 or more, so help yourself and get some money off your meal. There are 3 restaurants in this location off the highway - 3 of them are all the same owner, One Mexican, one pizza and this one (BBQ).
