Ordered from this place twice on doordash. First time I ordered fries with my cheesesteak and they weren’t received. Cheesesteak was fine.Second time I ordered, I ordered a cheesesteak with ONLY cheese, ketchup & mayo. So why did I get a sandwich with cheese and just onions? Not to mention it was salty AF. Decided on a side of onion rings this time and they were so stale and not even real onion rings. Seemed like the cheap frozen kind that were store bought.Moral of the story they have disappointed me twice and I’ll never give them my money again.

Just got back from the cheesesteak house and it was such a fantastic experience! The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being so welcoming and attentive. The person who took my order was really helpful, providing great recommendations and even addressing me by my name. It's moments like these that remind me of the simple joys in life.

I should have just checked the reviews. This place has reminded me people are just not integral. First off this place had a sour mildew type of smell as soon as I walked in it was strong. It was absolutely empty in there. Not one customer and this was at 2:30pm. No one greeted me when I walked in. Although the woman who helped me was friendly she said the owner spent time in Philly. There is no way anyone could experience a real Philly cheesesteak yet feel totally comfortable serving this hot mess of a meal.I ordered the original cheesesteak with onion rings. I asked if they are hand dipped? She said they were but it didn’t seem to be. Let’s talk about this old food they are serving. Nothing is made to order. 3 minutes after I placed the order the cheesesteak was ‘ready’ Nothing was pipping hot like a fresh meal would appear to be. They clearly cook up a large batch and as customers come in they microwave the bread and the cheesesteak too that’s why the ends taste hard. Taste wise nothing spectacular and portions are ridiculously small. There was barely any cheesesteak on there.As a native Pennsylvanian I was excited to try this place but for obvious reasons, I will not be returning. Save your money, always read reviews and don’t waste your time on this place. They don’t appear to care at this establishment because much of what I’m saying has already been explained to them in the comments many times and nothing has changed. I don’t see this place lasting much longer if this is the quality of their food.

The service was great. My food was okay. I should have gone with my first instinct and got a burger. Instead, I got the cheese steak, knowing it would be a letdown for someone who's used to having original Philly steaks. My mom had a burger and said hers was delicious.

Had a cheese steak sandwich with poblano peppers and fries. Excellent! 8" sandwich was more than enough, but I ended up eating every bite! Staff were all super nice. I will definitely be back!?Kid-friendliness: Good and they have a kids menu.

Loved Sunday brunch here, and I didn't get the gentleman's name, but his voice should be in broadcasting it was that good. The food was excellent. The service was great, and I can't wait to try the Jasmine special next time. Best house sauce, in my opinion, is the mayo Chipotle ?.Parking: Lots of parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate.

Food quality and taste was superb!!! They have a lot variety in cheesesteaks but it does not take away from the whole cheesesteak experience. We had the shrimp cheesesteak and cheesy cheesesteak along with the jasmine special as an appetizer. Sooo much flavor now for the customer service. The lady in front was great. While we were eating in the restaurant, several of their regulars came in she knew their names, and they greeted each other as if they were family. Great atmosphere. Will be back for sure
