I had a great experiences here, I noticed there was a new manager! I have been coming to this location for years and was really impressed by the new atmosphere! Love chipotle, love this location, hope to see good things to come!

Absolutely ridiculous. There was no line, yet I stood there for 10 minutes while SIX employees just stared at me. Made eye contact with multiple of them, but instead of helping, they were too busy having side conversations and cleaning. Not one person acknowledged me or even tried to take my order. I eventually walked out without ordering. Unbelievable lack of customer service.

Ordered chips and queso, and went I got home noticed it’s only like 10 chips in the bag. Waste of money!

Went and asked for a bowl "double meat, half chicken, half steak" and they tried to charge me for four portions of meat. Not to mention the amount of meat I was given, would hardly qualify as a double to any reasonable person.
Friend ordered a double chicken bowl. The amount of meat given, wasn't even passable for a single portion, let alone double. When we asked the employee if that was a double. he said "yes". Myself, my friend, and a third person behind me spoke out about the lack or meat.
After, the manager came over. Aggressively moved her employee out of the way, scooped a portion of chicken. Rudely said "now its a double" and stormed off. I was shocked, as that is no way to treat your employees or your customers.
After the encounter, I overheard the manager gossiping to her employees about how she treated us and how much of an "idiot" I was.
Management should re evaluate the shift leader at this location.

Ordered double chicken - was originally given half of 1 scoop and reiterated that it was double. The manager stepped in and gave me a quarter scoop on top of my already small portion and then proceeded to rudely comment that it was now officially 2 scoops, and that any further chicken would constitute as a triple portion. All while looking at a weak single portion of chicken. The guy in front of me & the guy behind me both agreed that the portion was abysmal.

Seriously believe management needs to review this shift manager as she treats all of her customers poorly and then laughs about the encounters.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this chipotle.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever has at one of their restaurants. Ordered my food. The manager supposedly the one that was serving the food was very rude, and obnoxious. Didn't care to be polite or provide any nice courteous service at all. Asked for lime juice when I was getting ready to check out , just to be told by her employee that and I quote.. " we're not allowed to give out lime juice" I said really? And explained how all other Chipotle restaurants I have been to never had an issue giving a cup of lime juice. I politely told him he can keep his chicken bowl . That I would take my business elsewhere. He said ok and didn't seem to care. Also, the manager said okay sir... you can leave now... with a very rude and arrogant demeanor. No wonder this restaurant has such bad reviews. Corporate needs to investigate how's it been run immediately.

I have been eating lunch at Chipotle for at least three times a week for the past five years and have never faced this problem before. The manager was extremely rude, and I don't understand how Chipotle hires people like this. She was showing clear signs of racism. After preparing my bowl, she talked about me to her employees and laughed in front of me.

Note : I like chipotle food but what this employee did to me I am feeling bad

I ordered online and picked up at this location. I got my food home and they didn't add salsa even though my order asked for 2x salsa.
The guacamole was brown.
So I went back to the location and asked them to remake my order fresh and provide fresh guacamole. They refused to remake my order, insisting they added salsa when there was only sour cream.
The entire container of guacamole was brown so they couldn't even offer it fresh if they wanted to.

I asked for my money back and they said I have to call the 800 number.
I called the 800 number and they tried to only offer me a refund for the guacamole. I had to advocate for the full refund.
