If I could give a zero star I would. First and last time here. When we walked in and was looking what to order. Guy behind counter told us it would 45 minutes before our pizza would be even started. What a way to do business. NEVER AGAIN.

The Customer service is trash. They have children running this restaurant. They offer curbside pickup online but refused to bring it to my car. They hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I tried calling back. I went on the inside and the children wouldn’t give me their name and said they were both the manager. They were rude and wouldn’t allow me to speak with the manager at all.

Could be so much better!It started off great the young African American kid was attentive, polite, and efficient in taking orders and addressing any concerns I had. His professionalism was truly commendable, and it made my overall experience more enjoyable.However, I can't say the same for the other employees working that day. Unfortunately, they were engaged in a heated argument about making my pizza which was a Half BBQ Chicken, and their use of profanity and unprofessional language was highly inappropriate. It was disappointing to witness such behavior especially when there were children nearby.Eventually, one of the arguing employees stepped up and made the pizza. Despite the earlier unprofessional behavior, I must admit that the pizza turned out to be delicious. It was well-prepared, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. The quality definitely matched the price, and I was satisfied with my choice.To their credit, after serving the pizza, the employee who took my order apologized for the delay caused by the argument. The two employees I was able to see (The one who took my order and the one who made it) both have a lot of potential to do better. I fully believe this would be a great establishment if it wasn’t for the unnecessary arguments. I do hope that the management addresses the issue of professionalism among their staff to ensure a consistently positive dining experience for all customers.

Crooked crust more like Crooked experience!When I arrived at this location I didn’t know I was walking into an ice rink arena. (not a big deal but different) the gentleman at the register was very friendly I asked why nobody was answering their phone he mentioned the tablet was down??? Hmmm..does this place not have a phone?! (We tried to order online had difficulties tried calling multiple times to place an order no answer.) I ordered a half and half pizza one Margherita pizza/pepperoni pizza they ran out of basil, tried ordering a salad they ran out of lettuce..ordered cheesy bread sticks and 2 drinks the drink sizes were small I asked for a bigger size they didn’t have any. The food overall experience was not great pizza was plain the Margherita pizza did not taste like one they put diced tomatoes on top of the pizza..the breadsticks weren’t great at all.The marketing for this business is amazing the food was not. :/

So I won’t order here again mainly because of the wait for delivery. It took almost 30 mins past the time it was supposed to arrive and my food was cold even though I stay right around the corner. Flavor wise it’s not anything special for me neither

We love Crooked Crust! ...just not this one.It is located in the lobby of the Farmers Branch - StarCenter, only a couple of miles from home. Serendipitous!It was not to be. The pizza was just bad. I mean it was bitter and tasteless.This is NOT the Crooked Crust we came to love in Denton, after Flying Tomato closed. (Worst day in Pizza History)Next time we want Crooked Crust, we'll drive to Fry Street.

Awful. I asked how long things would take for 2 sandwiches. The girl said 6 minutes. What she didn't take into account were the employees when she left. One sat and ate his dinner, the other walked around doing nothing until the one that finished his dinner told him he had to make sandwiches. Then they both messed around trying to decide who had to actually make them and sprayed disinfectant at each other. 10 minutes later they put my sandwiches in.
This place is an absolute joke. It is a snack counter inside of a hockey rink. There is no signage and because we didn't know the other details we showed up an hour before closing and it was locked up. The pictures that you see here cannot be accurate at all. What a joke. Frankly, it's broad for business to represent themselves this inaccurately

I am disappointed as they start closing the store from 9 pm. Please update the hours so that we don’t waste our timewe were hungry and visited the place at 9 15 pm seeing that the restaurant closes at 10 pm. When we arrived at the store, they said we only have snacks and we start closing at 9 pm. Seriously an hour to close !!!!!

Always good pizza and very friendly service. The young kids that work there do a good job. There’s lots to choose from but I definitely recommend trying their cauliflower crust, it’s amazing! And trying their yummy brownies. Please give this place a try if your in the area!

The african american kid that claimed to be the "supervisor" turned me away from ordering a pizza at 8:15 when google states they close at 9:30. When I stated this was unprofessional and that I was going to place the order online but chose to come in and order in person he smirked and said "well if you would've ordered online we still wouldn't have made it." If this is what y'all call a supervisor you need to rethink the values of your restaurant. He should not be working there period. Never coming to this location again.

Love love love this place! Not just because the food is good but the customer service? Out of this world! It's located in what looks like a rec center? Idk but the doors were locked which was irritating because it wasn't closed yet! Anyway, they have wines and beer and subs and pizza. Perfect for a late night snack (not too late because they close at 10) I got the Buffalo chicken sub and added mushrooms! Bomb, and I mean fire! The cream cheese they add was a great touch surprisingly. Can't wait to go back. Mike and Ezra were the sole reason I will be back (outside of the delicious sub) these guys were phenomenal! Great customer service and was very patient as I made my selection and asked questions because it was my first time. Prices are super cheap and affordable even for the beer and wines. 4 stars and not 5 due to the door being locked when I tried to enter
