The absolute best customer service ever. We were in the door, entertained and laughing, and out the door with our pizza. Hands down my favorite domino’s, I’m saving this location in my phone!

First time ordering from here in over a year due to a 2 hour delivery from half a mile away.
This time everything was great. Food was hot and exactly what I ordered.
However, the driver apparently dropped my pizzas and failed to mention that.

I’ve been a regular customer and usually love ordering from your place, but I’m really disappointed with the service I received today.
I placed an order through the mobile app for a thin crust pizza with no oregano, and even mentioned it again in person at the store — specifically emphasizing that it was for my pregnant wife and to please ensure no oregano was added.
Unfortunately, the pizza still had oregano. When I brought it up, the staff member did not acknowledge the mistake and instead defensively asked if I wanted another one. I agreed, but the second pizza was also missing a topping jalapeno entirely.
This kind of carelessness, especially when the order details were clearly communicated twice and had health-related importance, is really frustrating. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better attention to detail in the future.

Ordered a pizza with specific toppings, crust, and cut — none were correct. They ran out of one topping and made what they thought I’d like instead. Knew it was wrong and sent it anyway. This isn’t just bad service — it’s failed leadership from the top. For anyone reading this review, trust me — look for other pizza spots in the area. You’ll be glad you did.

Worst service ever - 2.5 hours past by and still no food .
Honestly we never had a problem till today we ordered a pizza half an hour ago and did not receive the pizza not only that but we called to speak with the manager and the person on the phone refused to do so we asked for the name and the person hung up the call. We drove to the restaurant and asked for the status and everything and the pizza wasn’t even made. I understand the understaff situation but this thing was ridiculous.

I called the store after my delivery was running later. My order came out the oven @7:50. I called the store to inquire about the status of delivery. I spoke with the manager in training BRYAN who didn’t want to give his name on shift who told me the tracker is a lie and doesn’t reflect accurate timing. I can tell the young person doesn’t take his job seriously so when I questioned it asked for his name he hung up on my face. When I called back he said he hung up on me because I was treating him like I was one of his friends. Very unprofessional. My order still hasn’t arrived here and I’m honestly afraid that he’s spit in my food. My order left the store after the second call and was then handed off to another driver sent in a totodofferent direction of my home. I believe the food had been tampered with and not safe to eat. He needs to be fired! I will be calling to speak with the GM Nina tomorrow because this is unacceptable behavior from someone who is training to be a manager is an sensitive as a 4 year old child.

I guess I have fallen victim of this Dominos Establishment. I loved this place I always ordered delivery or carry out. I ordered some pizza for lunch a couple of days ago and got it delivered. Everything went well until I opened my pizza. I was very confused. I felt like I got pranked or something. But the pizza looked like someone or something destroyed it or even manhandled my order. I called the store to hopefully get a re order or refund. I spoke with some lady on the phone and knew who had delivered my order. She then left me on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up. Mind you I’m working so I’m going out of my way to wait. I call back only for a gentleman to answer the phone. Guy puts me on hold again for 5 minutes only to comeback that we had to come to some sort of an agreement on a refund very classy. Well we agreed to an amount and they just never even bothered refunding my money. I went ahead and disputed it with my bank since these guys want to be petty. I even offered to send pictures for proof but they were not wanting to cooperate over there mistake. Picture for reference on the pizza.
Update: I emailed support but they are so horrible at providing feedback [email protected] 1 star for you guys as well very quick about making it seem like you’re urgent about your customers feedback in reality they are doing it to look good in their reviews. They don’t actually respond. I’ve sent two emails and no response. Time to go to HQ I guess.

The worst dominos pizza location the driver assaulted me because she could not find my apartment she claimed she was new to the area. She started cussing saying she didn’t need my money etc. Defianetky this delivery is packed with a surprise.

This is a good Domino's location. I always pick up and I enjoy the Carside pickup service. I have eaten here probably a half dozen times and it's been good each time. The crust seasoning.is good. The 7.99 coupon for a large one topping is my favorite deal.
