First and last time at a firehouse subs. Not only was my order made wrong, but the bread was soooooo soggy from the peppercorn ranch 🤢 I tried to force myself to eat it since I was at work for another 4 hours and didn't bring lunch and I just couldn't.

What a horrible experience, I didn’t even get anything to eat because you all hire people that can not count money or change. I will not be back to this establishment and will tell others about my experience. I gave the woman $20.20 I notice that she couldn’t understand so I told her, that’s $20.20 she proceeds to ring up $20. And hand me $5.83 when my total was $14.17 I told her you owe me $6 not $5. She proceeded to ask the other gentleman there helping her, but she clearly doesn’t know how to count cash. So I just canceled my order and left, but I won’t be back. I ended up at Cava instead.
