Great stay staff was awesome. Especially Jeremiah at the valet. He is such a great dude. So helpful. Restaurant was fantastic. Trying to get in 200 characters. Running out of ways to say my stay was great. There you go. 221 characters. Wait now 246. Crap.....
I am a Hilton Honors Member and I stay at Hilton Hotels regularly. The check-in process was too long to begin with. When we got to our room everything appeared to be very nice. However, after the long road trip, the toilet would not flush, and the TV would not come on. Went into the hallway to ask assistance of the cleaning staff about the issues, and we were told that the room had issues and should not have been assigned by the front desk. The bar is under construction. So they have it setup as a small bar downstairs. They did open a separate room which was nice, but definitely not the H Bar we were expecting. Service is great. Miguel and his team did an amazing job. The food is good if you're looking for bar food.
