Unsure if they have new staff but every order while I was in store was wrong. My personal order I asked for the grilled mushroom veggie i received only lettuce and tomatoes and I asked for no tomato. I also asked for and payed for an extra pickle and didn’t even get one. The people before and after me were missing additions to their meals as well. There should def be a supervisor checking food before it’s given out. As a vegetarian this is most def my first and last visit to this location.

I know it's hard to find employees right now, but this place has gone way downhill the last year. So much for "welcome to firehouse subs." The employees seem mad that they even have to take your order, much less fix it for you. If there was a different location somewhat close, we would never come to this one again. Definitely disappointing.

Realized when I got home that I did not get a part of my order. When I called, they said I would have to come back to the restaurant to get credit and they could not provide credit to my card over the phone. That policy does not make sense at any time but especially not during a pandemic when people are trying to limit their visits to retail establishments. You need to rethink that policy!

Firehouse is hands down the best subs you will get. They top jimmy johns, and Jason's deli, and completely blow subway out of the word. Given, you can't necessarily get the sub however you want it, but trust me their subs are well worth the price. This is my go to sub place

Food is always on point but dang!!!! They closed 15 mins early on me & it wasn’t even closing time. I feel it, but missed a big sale and left ya boy hungry
I ordered through Yelp for the first time and was apprehensive but it was one of the best experience I've had with food delivery. My sandwich from this place always still hot when I received it and they added everything I wanted. I'm not big on sandwiches besides burgers but Firehouse did me well. I WILL be ordering from this place again. Very convenient, quick and gooood.

I realize that hours are different for most places due to COVID, but my wife and I just showed up for dinner at 6:51pm tonight and the door was locked. The sign out front said the store wasn’t supposed to close until 7:00pm. All we wanted was to get some sandwiches to go. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like locking the doors 10 minutes before the listed closing time is pretty stupid. Either change your hours, or stay open until the time you advertise. Will be going somewhere else for sandwiches in the future with service like that.
