Chef Jolie created a special menu for my clients to help infuse some of their Nigerian culture in the wedding menu.Meat pies were so good the clients mom literally said “don’t change a thing”. Typically wedding food is dried out, but everything was spot on! The staff took the time to keep putting sauce on the chicken and pot roast to ensure it stayed moist. I was super impressed!!!
