Wife and I stopped by on date night, we went wild trying a little bit of everything. Everything was amazing. The drinks were great, the service was top notch, and the food was the best part. Cant wait to drop in again.

The food is amazing! They play more millennial music (which I love) with a great atmosphere. Drinks are done right and Mikes infectious personality makes it even better! Def will be back!

This place is always reliable/consistent. Nice cozy dining experience. Some vegetarian options that are delicious. Good selection of beers (some local). Staff is friendly and always happy to see a familiar face.

I work in North Dallas and frequent the Mustang Station location for lunch. When you want something for the same price you would pay for fast food, and that has a gourmet feel to it…then this is the place. Everything is great here, and I would recommend the crackling fried rice and the duck fat fried rice bowls. Amazing food and excellent service!

Wife and I tried Red Stix for the first time yesterday. The team greeted us warmly and we were seated immediately. Our server, Giah, was friendly and helpful. She explained the menu and pointed out a few customer and her favorites. My wife had the Dynamite Shrimp and I had the Drunken Noods. Both were excellent! I had a little leftover and ate that this morning straight from the fridge. I have never liked leftovers this much! Thank you Giah and the team at Red Stix for a fabulous meal. We will be back soon!

The Bahn mi was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. It was like a soggy sloppy joes. Almost an insult to the Vietnamese!

Loved it! I went today with my coworkers and we had a great time, the food is amazing and even being a large group they were fast and very nice! The vibe is great and the music was awesome too!

Do not recommend the Glass noodle Chiken salad, fish sauce has no flavor and there was no cilantro on it, or shrimp like on description. Had to call back for the shrimp. There was huge chunks of purple anions hard to eat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Stix, and I must say, the food was outstanding! From start to finish, each dish was bursting with flavor, making it an experience worth savoring.

The **Banh Mi** was a standout. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, creating the ideal texture for the fresh, vibrant fillings. The balance of savory meat, pickled veggies, and cilantro was spot on, making it one of the best banh mi sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

The **Hot Hot Noodles** were a perfect fusion of spice and flavor. The heat was just enough to get my taste buds tingling without overpowering the rich, bold flavors in the sauce. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with a satisfying chew that made the dish feel hearty and comforting. If you love a good kick in your food, this one is a must-try.

Lastly, the **Egg Rolls** were crisp and delicious. Each bite was packed with a savory filling that was both flavorful and satisfying. The dipping sauce provided alongside them complemented the egg rolls perfectly, adding a tangy kick to the already flavorful dish.

Overall, Red Stix exceeded my expectations. The combination of fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a restaurant I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommend!
