“Today was my first time but will not be my last. I walked in. The cashier was very welcoming. He asked me was this my first time I said yes he introduced himself and the store as well as the menu and provided recommendations off of my preferences. Also advised they take Call in orders too!! “This little store has a gem inside. They have little take out place inside where they sell the best pupusas ever. I have tried different places and end up coming back . And they just recently open a new location where you can dine in on Ferguson.“

“Food is really good. I went there with my friend and I ate some pupusas and they were really good and fresh. We got a lot of food to go and when I got home I ate their fried fish and it was really good. The frijoles are also really good I definitely recommend. They only accept cash. And the restaurant is located in the back of a convenience store very humble. The ladies that work there are super friendly and efficient. The owner also works there she is very sweet and nice.“

“My wife & I ate here for the first time last night, celebrating our Anniversary. The food was unique and delicious. The steak I had was well seasoned and the chimichurri sauce was awesome. My wife chose the assorted El Salvadoran food plate and liked trying the different choices. The yuca, plantains & black beans that came with our entrees were outstanding, but the very best thing we had was the churros for dessert. My wife and I both agreed that they were some of the best churros we had ever eaten. Rated 10/10 and highly recommended. The Service was great too. On top of all that, I had inadvertently left my credit card at the restaurant and didn't realize it until we got home the next day. I called the restaurant and they immediately recognized my name and said that they were holding my card that they had found after I left. I really appreciate them holding my card and keeping it safe until I could pick it up. We will definitely be back when we are in that area again. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you like Mexican and El Salvadoran food !“

“I love this place and it is specifically because of Renata!! She’s the best server a restaurant can have. Renata is always in an excellent mood!! She can be running around the entire restaurant because clients acclaim her all the time, and have more than 10 tables at a time, but she’s always apologizing even though she’s never delayed with drink or food! “I wasn't expecting much. I'm very familiar with Hispanic foods, being Hispanic helped. But not Salvadorean food.Tried Pupusas for the first time here. I can't imagine them being any better. Delicious! And the dipping sauce - what is it? It's amazing. Almost sweet, a wonderful touch of spice at the beginning. So good. I tried the pork and the mixta with pork and loroco. Both excellent.Only down side is they close around 8pm.Try and tell me if I'm wrong ✌️“

“I loved the place, the food was great, service was also great. They will make sure you are satisfied with everything, the atmosphere is also pretty good. I recommend pupusas, they are one of the best if not the best dish in their menu. Their pupusas are very similar to Salvadorian pupusas which if you’re someone who wants to try Salvadorian food. Or just a Salvadorian who wants to eat something that tastes like it was from El Salvador then this is the right place for you!

“They provide a lot of food at a fair price. The owner, Mario came to speak and make sure everything was made to our liking. Great service and the food was fresh and delicious. I believe our waitress name was Lorita, she was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit again!“

Their not super sweet and there's one I love so much with crust like a baklava pastry . Plan on eating in there some day. It's a small store with tables in the back to sit down and eat. Their chicken tamales are good which they sell fresh at the check out counter. People there are so nice and helpful.“

“I found this place online- randomly looking for Papusas “near me”. First of all- the customer service was excellent. I walked in not knowing the menu at all. The gentleman behind the counter offered me a menu and enthusiastically- but patiently- answered all my questions about the food options. They cooked everything fresh to order. I relaxed and waited for my food. So fast! The smells were amazing! Everything was still hot when I got home. Papusas were delicious/slaw was perfect! Enchiladas and Al Pastor- new favorites!What a great random food experience.“

“Came in for a pickup order midday on a Saturday and upon first entrance the interior has a very clean "shoppe" vibe with nice looking booths and tables.I'm a sucker for chicharrones, fried yuca, empanadas, pupusas, and the curtido to go with. This place had it all.The curtido had a surprising punch...and as my first bite it set a fantastic bar.The yuca portion with the cheech-n-yuca dish was surprisingly healthy. It's entree sized, for sure.Then the empanadas...another star of the show. And more spicy slaw (curtido)...that put a smile on my face.Everything came with a salsa Roja that was very mild in heat but super flavorful.The chicharron was the most decadent thing I've ever tasted. I had to stop and take a prayer after every bite because it was so sinfully amazing. It's one of those bites that stops time, IYKYK.The pupusa will be desert later.“

“This is the only place I go to for Pupusas! I’ve tried several different locations all over, and none beat Mamita Tancho’s. They have the best tasting curtido to pair them with as well. The chicharron and queso ones are highly recommended. They are delicious. & if you’re a vegetarian like I am now, the rajas with queso are my favorite. They also have several other vegetarian friendly pupusas as well. Way more than any other Pupusa place I’ve been to. I wish I had a better picture of my food, but I was too eager to eat it to wait to take a more appetizing photo. XD

“This restaurant is a hidden gem!!! Not only is a great place to stop by next to other restaurants, given it has its own Salvadoran shop within it!!! The food, however, it is delicious!!!! “The food is good and everything but the same cannot be said about the Tamales to start with they put a little piece of banana leaf the size of a finger and from there everything is wrapped in aluminum foil I know it's for business and you should save but please yes They add a little piece of banana leaf, it's better not to add anything and regarding the bean tamales, sometimes they are delicious and other times they even smell like lime. Oh, I don't know what they use to make them. I hope you improve that please and for the meals it is good“

“Excellent place, and first class service, the girls who served us were very kind and respectful, Cecy, Mirna and Jenifer, I recommend this restaurant, if I can return to Irvin in the future I will not hesitate to come and eat at this place, I traveled from Kansas City last week and returned twice to eat there because of the customer service and quality of the food.
