Took my boyfriend's parents for their first Salvadoran food experience. Oy one of us speaks any Spanish - albeit very little. The staff did not speak English, but everyone was welcoming, warm, and we absolutely dumbked our way through a fantastic dinner. The pupusas and tamale con elote were amazing!
I ran across this place when I was looking for another pupusa spot that used to be nearby. Very quiet and unassuming location, I am glad I stopped in. When I walked in I was greeted by one of the servers. She was so sweet and kind. I knew what I wanted already so I didn't need to talk too much. When I left, they even gave me a calendar for the new year. I ordered four pupusas and a side of arroz y frijoles. It was sooo delicious. The pupusas were cooked perfectly.
