I visited Fito’s Tacos on Saturday after seeing an Instagram video featuring their trompo tacos and loaded potatoes, and I’m so glad I made the trip! From the first bite, everything was absolutely delicious. The trompo tacos were packed with flavor, the loaded potato was amazing, and every item we ordered exceeded our expectations.
