I waited 40 minutes for a bag of ice,
That’s insane, the other day I waited over 30 minutes for my order, when I asked for my food they said that they had gave it away, till this day I haven’t got my refund
Awful service..
Usually enjoy this Sonic and have had great service. Many times, my husband and I order ice cream...a sonic blast for me and 2 cups of plain vanilla in one medium cup. One of the managers even came out one night to tell my husband how to describe his ice cream order so it would be delivered correctly. Sadly, the last 2 times we’ve made this order, the ice cream has tasted “gritty”......like it had too much sugar dumped in and not blended. Not sure we’ll go back now...........read full review
