Hispanic lady has terrible attitude and charged me for things I didn’t order. Told her to void it and all she said “sorry”. She seemed angry that a client came in.

Pulled up about 5:30 lady sitting in the lobby at the table like she was off work get out the car she walking out with her purse n coat she realized I wasn't her ride she went back in store I followed behind she sat back down at the table im thinking someone was come from the back to take my order r maybe she would say something she got up as I started walking out the door she never said anything. Date is 12-13-2025 the lady had a afro burgundy looking. Wasn't happy at all i would give customer service a -0
Unfortunately I have to give a star to leave this review, but HORRIBLE experience!! When I got there, I told the lady I wasn't ready yet and then she asked me what bread I wanted. I said again, sorry, I am not ready yet. She walked over to the bread warmer and proceeded to tell me what kind of bread they have. Frustrated now, I just picked one. She went to the counter and started cutting it open then asks, what cheese do you want? Now I'm pissed. I was not even in the store for 2 whole minutes at this point. I picked a random sandwich on the board and then told her I wanted the philly. She puts everything on the sandwich, right next to the trash shoot, and then half of the steak falls straight into the trash. She tried to catch it and PICKED UP THE SMALL BIT THAT DIDN'T FALL IN AND SLAPPED IT RIGHT BACK ON THE SANDWICH!!!! I'm about to lose it at this point. I said, you see that half of the food fell into the trash and you put the nasty part back on? She full blown ignores me. Then asks, do you want it toasted? Then starts talking in Spanish to her coworker who just watched the entire thing happen. I was dumbfounded and felt like I had to be dreaming. No acknowledgement of what just happened and no replacement of the missing meat. My sandwich was literally sold to me with 6 inches of meat on a 12 inch sub. And I paid for it!! Never will I EVER go back here. TRASH!! Hire better employees

Showed up 5 minutes after my pickup order time and sandwich had not even been started yet. Long line, only one person making sandwiches, AC barely working.

Tis store is run poorly. They don’t even open until 9am, yet serve Bfast. They no longer have sweet tea, staff are rude and the sandwiches are so inconsistent. I do not recommend.

07-28-2025 we went t to eat. The young Hispanic register guy said the systems are down he's taking cash only. I'm 99 percent sure he is pocketing the money. He didn't ring up the order and he estimated my sandwich to be $9.50 with estomated tax. We tried to sit and eat about 8:45 they close at 10 pm but he said the lobby is closed. So we ate in the car and he walked in to the lobby and unsurprisingly his pants were sagging down to his knees SMH. Hopefully the owner checks this. Thank you

Went here as their power had just came back on and the worker Fernando was super helpful with explaining the situation , to how long the wait would be to get the machines back up and running and served us great service with a smile, definitely recommend this location and I will be back, thankyou subway

I was in this store waiting for over 30 minutes and never received my order due to the lady working alone did not speak any English. I ordered online showed her the receipt and that it came out of my account she couldn’t find the receipt and would not fix my order because she didn’t understand. This is very unprofessional and if a person isn’t billingual they should not be working alone in a restaurant.

Worst place I had order online I pick up and when I get to my job the order was complete wrong it was a tuna sandwich instead of a black forest ham also I had 2 cookies and they only put one .
I was the only customer and they were clearly very annoyed by my presence. He didn’t greet me or even ask what I would like he just stared at me like “what?”.
I asked for spinach and he put about 5 leaves on it. When I checked out he all but threw my receipt at me. There were about 3 drink options on the soda machine and no tea out. Did still give a 10% tip because I understand everyone has bad days and maybe the management is the reason for the poor hospitality, but really being treated that way as a paying customer is very disheartening and disrespectful when I was nothing but kind and patient.

They have an online ordering system. It would be great if the management could train the employees on how to use it .
