The 24 hour cold brew tastes like high quality dark dark chocolate, it surprising on the palate at first. I had it with cold foam, just got tastier and tastier and I really perked up after a few sips. The barista was friendly and helpful.

Hidden gem delicious piping hot coffee I could go on and on I cannot wait to go back!!!! I’m not from Farmersville but this spot adds to the charm of this town !! gorgeous so friendly you could feel the history , feel the family feel the welcome hospitality . The young barista behind the counter worked so efficiently and again crafted coffee so delicious 10/10 will recommend time and time again !!!

Overall I like this place. It’s a good atmosphere and the coffee is typically good. But if you plan to get a specialty or seasonal coffee, it really missed the mark. Really didn’t taste good. This last time, I brought it back and told that barista I would like something else, and she didn’t ask me if there was something wrong - she just charged me for a different coffee. I like this place, but it’s not my favorite

I spend about 4-6 hours at 12 stories most weeks. Good vibes. Chill staff. Great coffee. And I guess the only coffee shop in town. So, the best coffee shop in town lol.

Awesome experience! The shop is wonderfully charming and both coffees I had were fantastic. I got a pour over and an Air-erico black. It's tasted wonderful I didn't need any cream or sugar (normally thats my hint I don't like it).
I plan to make more visits!
