One of the cups of coffee I've had in a long time! Mark the owner is incredibly hospitable a warm and welcoming environment unless everyone feel comforted and ride at home. If ever in farmersville and have a few seconds for a cup of coffee, I would strongly recommend that you swing by 12 stories and grab you a cup of Java. Thanks so much for having me.
Incredible coffee shop. First time visiting and I am incredibly impressed. I ordered the Cold Brew with Cold Foam and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My customer service was awesome. The lady was so nice and welcoming.

DELICIOUS ESSPRESSO, true CRAFT COLD BREW, Excellent AMERICANO. This place truly knows coffee. They offer seasonal menus and specialty drinks. Coffees, teas, Italian sodas, local wines and craft beer. Also offer local pastries and bread goods. Staff is friendly and will customize an order to your taste. Store has a retro unique vibe. There was a group of people jamming in the back room on guitars! It was a great place to end my day.
