I normally enjoy this spot but the last month I've ordered the same pizza I normally get, and all three times they've messed up my pizza order. So on top of the 25 minutes I already had to wait, I had to wait another 25 minutes for the correct pizza order. No compensation for my time or anything. Constantly having to say the same thing over and over, its super annoying!

Was told our orders would be ready by the time we drive from Princeton to the store got there and they told us our pizza was being pulled it would be right out 28 minutes later still wasn’t out then they told us one of the pizzas wasn’t put in the oven. So we had to wait for that o e to be cooked well the other pizzas were done absolutely a waste of time ! 5-15-26 @7:01 I asked to speak with a manager somebody got on the phone said she was one but then told my wife that’s up there waiting the would have to leave a note for management on the account total bs !

Called farmersville Tx store on a Saturday evening to order pizza to be delivered and was told they had no driver today! What happen to the old days the manager or someone would be delivering pizza especially on a weekend!!!

I hate that they stopped delivering to southern portion of blue ridge. I hope dominos will start now the mr. Jims stopped.
I will never eat here again. I ordered a salad because I wanted something to take to work for my lunch the next day. I get about halfway through the salad and I crunch on some that doesn’t seem right and I look at my fork and it’s a dead roach (now half bitten into) thus roach was small but unmistakable as I was scraping the rest into the trash, I noticed a wing of a much larger roach.
