This is ridiculous guess I am going to have to start going back to Rockwall instead of Fate this has happen several times and this time no lettuce at all and for the price of this that’s all I got . Truly disappointed This suppose to be a chipotle chicken bowl.
Thanks for the response back management and to let you know it was put in the notes as well. How do you think the tomatoes and banana peppers was on there that doesnt come on the sandwich.

Fast, friendly service with easy accessibility off I30 East or West but on the East side. I get the Philly steak in a bowl. Make sure to say you want lettuce and tomatoes and whatever items you want in the bowl. My husband orders the Philly steak but on roll. He always enjoyed it and went back a few days later cause it was so delicious. The store is clean and staff is very quick and friendly and ready to answer any questions.

I love the sandwiches! We stopped in Fate and got a gaint super sub. I have never had bread this fresh..it took the sandwich to another level!!! When you eat ,you want to enjoy it and I really did❤️
I order a large order with them through my work on Saturdays maybe once a month. They are always prompt with my order. The food is always good and fresh. I usually get the oil and vinegar on the side buy they mix it together in the container instead of putting them separately. Some of us don't like vinegar and some don't like oil. Which is why I ask for it on thr side. Not mixed together. So it would be nice for future reference if we coukd get them in completely separate containers. Other than that thay are awesome.

so sweetie!! i have a gluten intolerance, but luckily i don’t have to be super strict about it. when ordering a gf bun they offered to clean everything to avoid cross contamination & were super kind! quick service too :)
