Little disappointed in the quality of the food for the price paid for a single lunch. This place was super busy two issues with my meal both were simple mistakes but two on the same visit I believe was uncalled for. Again both issues were corrected but required a longer visit than needed.

I love the tuna salad sandwich. It doesn't taste fishy and isn't a creamy glob like another sub shop. The veggies are always fresh. Yum!

Sometimes these chains are hit or miss but this Jersey Mike’s is the standard, the team is great and food is always good. I made a mistake and ordered to Rockwall Jersey Mikes and the team at Fate helped me get it corrected and made it work out for me. They didn’t have to do any of that because it was my fault but I greatly appreciate it and I’m glad I live down the road because I will be back repeatedly!

This has to be THE friendliest staff I have ever come across! Every time I come to this location, the staff is always amazing, food is ALWAYS on point, and the place is so clean!!!! Way to go FATE- jersey mikes!! You guys are rocking it!!

recently visited your establishment Jersey Mike off interstate 30 in Fate, TX to order a sandwich and was extremely disappointed with the lack of sanitary practices and poor customer service. The staff placed my bread directly on the bare counter, which was covered in oil and vinegar residue—something I specifically asked to avoid for both cleanliness and personal preference.
When I politely requested that my sandwich be prepared on the paper, both the young male and female employees began to argue with me instead of correcting the issue. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the manager stood by without intervening or addressing the situation.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Food should be handled with proper hygiene, and customers should be treated with basic respect. It’s clear the staff lacks proper training in both customer service and food safety.
I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others. I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to report these concerns.

100% horrible customer service! They started making the wrong thing and when they were corrected, they decided to start talking smack amongst themselves. We left and will not return to a place that can't own up to a mistake and be professional. Instead, they want to just run their mouth.
Why are they playing Head Banger music and way too loud? I have eaten in there about 2 dozen times since they have opened this location thinking it might have changed at some point. There’s families in there with little kids, yet it’s like a rave party in Dallas. This is the only Jersey Mike’s location that does this crap.

My son was the only one to eat at JERSEY MIKE'S FATE TEXAS HE GOT SICK WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM HE HAD FOOD POISONING. THANK GOODNESS NONE OF THE REST OF THE FAMILY ATE THERE. BE CAREFUL EATING HERE. HORRIBLY SICK I called the manager that told me to call him. No resolution. Atleast he said sorry. But that was all. No real concern on making it right. Minimum should get a refund. But he didn't even offer any resolution. Avoid this place like the plague

Our food from this location is always prepared perfectly. Sandwiches have more then enough meat on them and taste wonderful. I had the Mikes Philly and honestly it was better then most of the so called Philly cheesesteak places here in DFW...
