“In reading some of the more recent reviews, I am totally shocked. But I can’t speak for them, I can only speak for my family and I’s experience. This is actually the second time we’ve been here. The first was for my brother in laws b-day and the second was yesterday. The other time we with a big party, this time it was just my wife and seven year old and I. We weren’t familiar with the “pick a seat” thing. But woman came out and said it is. Which was fine. We sat down and looked over the menu. We took a little longer to order but the waitress was very understanding. We gave her our drink order then our food. I ordered the Guanajuato enchiladas del pollo, my wife ordered the Yucatán chicken enchilada. My son got the chicken nuggets and fries. I dug into mine so quick I wasn’t able to get good photo. But did take one of the taco that came with it. Everything was so good. From the chicken enchiladas to the rice and beans. My wife got charro beans with hers and the were good as well. Not a single bad thing to say. Will definitely be making another trip here. It seems others had a bad experience, I can’t speak for that. This was ours. And it was great.“

“I ordered through grub hub so I can't rate atmosphere. I ordered the socal fries with carne asada. OMG! Let me tell you....the carne was juicy flavorful and really brought the plate together. The curly fries were perfectly fried. I also added the queso and avocado ranch. The order came quicker than expected which was kinda cool. The serving size is abundant. You will get full! The price is worth the meal. I was born and raised in socal and carne asada fries were a thing however I don't remember them ever being close to tasting as good as these babies! I'm impressed.
I will be making it a point to go into the establishment so I can try some more of what's offered here and give yall an actual rating for atmosphere ;)“

“Yesterday I was at Qdoba for lunch and I was greatly surprised when I received the recommendation of the soup, it is delicious. Their staff did not hesitate to recommend it and give me a try.

“We tried this place for dinner one evening, we both ordered the Brisket burrito and they dress them the way you request it as you move down the line. You can order portion size up front from Freebird to a Super Monster. I you are not that hungry you can order a half bird which is about half the size of a regular Freebird. You have two different types of rice to choose from then two different types of beans. You pick your protein then your toppings like veggies, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and then sauce. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms.

“A busy spot to try and visit during the lunch rish hour, Chiloso is a good spot to dine in at or take on the go. I ended up ordering a bowl to go and was very satisfied with my selection. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was quick given the line that had formed. Great spot to eat at. Just plan for a wait if you try and arrive during the lunch rush hour.“

Salsas on the bar are made fresh daily and have a respectable heat to them.
4 or 5 auga frescas to choose from.

“This is the secret Chiloso to get quick service at if you live in and around Rockwall.

Chiloso is such a smooth operation with employees that care. I have no clue how they get their people to care so much, but I once had a missing taco in my order and they felt bad so they gave me three more tacos for my trouble.

I also ordered take out on the app close to closing time and they stayed after close to hand me my food. I didn’t realize it was closing time and I feel badly for that mistake, but they didn’t berate me or anything for the oversight.

Top notch product with top notch people.
