Have eaten here a couple of times when getting my hair done next door. Every single time, my sandwich is wrong. The menu is limited so I don't understand when I order the items off the menu hos it's possible to not have all the ingredients. This is a missed opportunity as the salon next door stays busy and all get hungry

TLDR: found fuzzy black mold inside my croissant, they refunded me. Excellent customer service.
Stopped before driving home to get a coffee and pastry. The girl working there pulled out a menu item of pastries they had. Decided to try to the ham(turkey? Can’t remember) and swiss croissant and a vanilla iced latte! 1. Customer service was excellent and she was really nice! 2. Coffee was good! 3. Unfortunately upon taking a bite of the croissant I noticed it tasted off, like a couple of days old off but there was something else besides that. I opened up the croissant and noticed that the inside was full of black fuzzy mold. 🥴🥴 glad I only took one bite out of that.
Immediately called them since I was already on my way home and the girl immediately apologized and said she would refund me. Which I appreciate!! So they did good in fixing it. But still wanted to post this as a warning and hopefully better inventory assessment for perishable food items! Someone could seriously get sick if they didn’t notice.

I’ve eaten here a few times. It would be nice to have regular iced tea with your sandwiches. The tables need to be wiped off occasionally so customers don’t have to do it themselves. Also, employees need to know when the meal is presented, either serve it with the utensils and napkins or make sure the customer knows where to find these items…and put the napkins with the utensils please! Where should customers place their food baskets after eating? Overall the food is good, but a few basic tweaks could really improve the customer experience!

The employees are really sweet and friendly and the coffee is really unique. However, for the past almost two months ive seen these girls sweating their asses off in this metal trailer with no AC. The door isnt closed and ive seen flies on EVERYTHING when ordering. They said their boss is trying their hardest but i dont think their boss even gives a single shit if they let it go on this long. As a dad, i think its a real shame that these girls are experiencing these conditions and I personally would never let my daughter work at a place that treats their staff with such minimal care.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady that served us, but she was the sweetest and so patient while we went back and forth about what to get. We had the Christmas cookie iced latte with oatmilk and coconut mocha iced latte. Both were PERFECT and not overly sweet!

Very nice people. April is friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Iced Coffee with Lavender which is so good! So much better than other lavender coffees I've tried. She recommended the Everything Bagel which was perfectly toasted with cream cheese. Yum! Looking forward toy next visit.
