Darlin's Diner is a great place to stop and get something to eat. Got there just before 10 on a Saturday and it was hopping. Not too long of a wait and watched the owner handle business really well! I got there a little earlier than my friend and I watched Taylor handle everything so professionally and made every guest feel so welcome! You could tell she loves what she does. Then you sit down to get some food, I got the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and has browns. SOO GOOD!...
Great spot on the way from San Antonio to Houston. Less than a mile off I-10. Great breakfast/lunch spot. Super nice staff and food was top notch and wife loved her Mimosa! Highly recommend.
