Beautiful place, great atmosphere, staff is very professional and personable, wine , food and cocktails are superb. Go check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
We've dined at Farmers Commons several times and never been disappointed. The food quality is what you might expect at high ranking inner-city restaurant but in a beautiful country setting. Service is outstanding and you can always hang around after dinner in the equally impressive vineyard courtyard. Normally, there's some kind of live music. The whole property makes you feel like you're in Italy. It's really enchanting
The place seemed off. Slow night. Service was terrible. Espresso martini was completely wrong. No vanilla vodka and a cherry????
I come here often and it really feels like each time it gets worse. This time you were out of cornbread and iced tea. The waiter never refills the water only when I ask. Which would be no big deal if you left a pitcher on the table or had larger glasses. It also felt like the waiter was rushing us to finish and leave.
Hidden gem! The food was delicious. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, a charcuterie board and honey whipped ricotta. I normally don't eat ricotta but the honey, seasoning and texture was a perfect blend. We went during Sunday brunch and were surprised with a live jazz saxophonist. The restaurant had great ambiance with ann upscale, yet still relaxed vibe. The property beautiful.
The service was very good! She was knowledgeable about wine selections. The grounds are pretty and inside the restaurant was nice. I was so surprised that the food was so mediocre. I recommend getting a charcuterie tray because it's a nice place to have a glass of wine but don't waste your money on the entrees. I made reservations too but we were seated in this excluded section, away from the music, which felt like the commoner's section! 😁 It was very odd!
Great place will definitely be back!!! Food was excellent, service was a bit slow but I'm not a Karen!
Absolutely amazing dinner experience! The food was exceptional-beautifully presented and full of flavor as always! The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We always feel like family and spoiled! Every detail made the night special. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
Enjoyed wine tasting and dinner. Staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The lamb chops, lasagna and ragout were simply outstanding. Definitely a treat, can't wait for the next dining experience!
Food and service were mediocre. Individual meals were served to us 15 minutes before the others in our party.

Drinks were great. the food was mediocre and over priced. Nothing was seasoned. we had the cornbread. spinach dip, omelet, pizza, chicken tender and fries, fried green tomatoes and apple pie that tasted like it came out the freezer section. They had one waitress to cover all the outside patio tables so service time was horrible. definitely not worth the drive, reservation or the money spent
Price for food was not worth it this time around. My husband enjoyed the Steak first time, so, he ordered a Steak plate again, and it only had 2 small tomatoes, 2 tiny lettuce and garlic. No sides at all, and the steak was very thin. For the money we paid, you would think the restaurant would serve a real steak. My step daughter and I ordered the Salmon, flavor was good but we were not sure if it was worth it. The waitress took our breads off the table without asking us, which I found to be shocking because we still had our appetizers. It is different from when we first came. The service for our wine tasting was excellent, Michael was our server. He had great customer service. But the restaurant was great on our first visit, we told all of our friends about. We also invited some of our friends, because we're looking to host our gatherings there. But after this last visit, I will be looking for another place to host. Overall, its a beautiful vinyard, great wine tasting area, but disappointed in what we served at the restaurant for the amount of money we paid, and service was ok.
I am frustrated with the experience because with a few service improvements this restaurant experience could have gone for okay to great. First, the staff consistently brought more plates out before clearing the old ones forcing us to find a room to set them down. Second, the staff brought out a steak without a steak knife requiring me to request one or cut with a butter knife. Also, it seems like a nice enough restaurant where I would expect the restaurant to box up leftovers instead of the diners doing it themselves. On top of that I asked for the wine menu back when ordering dessert and the waiter came with the bill instead of the menu. Finally, this my smallest complaint, but when the reservation asks the reason for the visit and I write down it is an anniversary, I expect someone at the restaurant to acknowledge the anniversary. I saw many other tables with celebratory things for the anniversary but for us it was a normal dining experience. To add on, the tiramisu came in a plastic dish instead of glass. Overall food was good but I expected an elevated experience. The additional cost wasn't worth it even though the atmosphere is beautiful.
Flies were all around us while eating. Waitress finally brought a fly fan. Food and service were not fantastic. A huge disappointment. Cannot believe such a beautiful place was not better.
I returned on a Friday night for dinner with my love 😌 and we had a new server named Anna who was so kind and accommodating and made sure to stay in communication with us so that everything was to our liking. The outdoor sunset and live music band was great with an amazing music choice lineup. The food as always was delicious. Definitely a night to remember.
