We went almost closing, 8:45 pm and they still served us. The brisket was all gone though, had to settle for chicken. The servers were very friendly and super nice. drive thru .

It's ridiculous that it takes less than five minutes to update a website, yet this place can't bother to fix their hours and opens late every time! The owner-operator is running a solid brand into the ground with no care. The staff had the nerve to be rude when I pointed out the posted opening time. A breakfast joint in a hardworking town like Floresville opening at 7 a.m. on a Saturday? Unacceptable! Every other Bill Miller is already serving, but apparently, this location is too lazy to capitalize on early customers. They clearly don’t care about their reputation or the people who show up expecting service!

Came in Sunday night. Long line (10 people )inside only 1 register open. Noticed a lady that look like a manager (non uniform) in kinda of a hurry to leave. Finally another manager opened another register.
I only want 2 pieces of Dutch apple pie. He took my order and left. When I got home I open the bag to find one portion tub that had something that resembled a piece of pie wrapped up in some crumbed foil wrap. The second one was what appeared to be the scraps of what was left in the pie plate on a plate like paper again wrapped in some looked like used foil wrap
This is really said that a manager had no more pride than to serve food looking like this. How does he expect anything better from his employees.
Finding people that has pride in the restaurant business is a thing of the past. Just hard to accept this having been in the industry for years.

I did an online order some of our food was missing, French fries, pickles onions. The brisket was dried out and the bread as hard, bbq was very runny like water had been added to it. For almost $70 it should have been better.
