“This place is amazing! It seems like genuinely great service has become more of a pleasant surprise than an expectation lately—and you will definitely be pleasantly surprised here. The service was top-notch, and somehow the food was even better! We started with the calamari, my husband had the Penne Vodka with Grilled Chicken, and I had the Pollo Bronx Parmigiana. They finish it tableside with melted cheese straight from a skillet, and it was SO good. Easily the best chicken parm I've ever had. And the Sicilian margaritas? Absolutely on point. For the sake of an honest review, we also took a slice of the Italian Cream Cake home for later, and that was the one thing I personally didn't care for. The cake itself had a really good sponge, but the icing was overly sweet for my taste and seemed more like a buttercream than the traditional cream cheese frosting I expect on an Italian cream cake. It wasn't bad by any means—just not my personal preference. Overall, though, we had a fantastic experience. Great service, excellent food, and drinks that did not disappoint. We will absolutely be back!”

“What a FIND! We are visiting from NC and looking for a great local place for breakfast. The restaurant is family owned, homemade Salsa was amazing! Had scrambled chorizo and egg taco- perfect! Hubby had Mexicana plate, homemade refried beans- excellent. Homemade tortillas- the works. We will be back. Highly recommend 😊”

“My favorite Mexican restaurant in Floresville. The Mocojete is my favorite you gotta try it. Service is great Deuce was our waitress and she is wonderful. Always puts a smile on your face such a sweet young lady. The place could use a face-lift ( some updating) but that's doesn't matter cause the food is excellent and if Deuce is your waitress the service will be excellent too.”

“Well, first time ordering via slice. Timely order is all. Just picked up our pizzas, maybe 20min ago - mine was plsin cheese, I added ($3.each) black olives and basil specifically. “Friendly atmosphere. Beer is cheap. He only takes cash. There is no atm in the bar, but but behind the bar is a bank. He does not sell liquor, but he does allow you to take your own bottle of liquor in. There is 2 pool tables and one dart game.”

My nephew Liam who is 8 years old wanted his own “Liam Special Plate.” Which consisted of Two enchiladas, three slices of bacon, one over medium sunny side up egg, potatoes and an entire pancake. To my amazement, he ate it all!!! And doesn’t even show on his tummy everything he ate. Liam said everything is great here and he loved the enchiladas. Please come by. Being honest, it was the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. It was moist and delicious! I would try to convince anyone to trust Scratch Sweets by Gerri with your baked goods. I’m even going to make up reasons to go back and buy more homemade delicious goods! Try them… you won’t be disappointed!”

“We took some of our residents from Prairie Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare center to grab a bite to eat. The waitress was great and very attentive. We didn’t wait long for our food. Daniel did a great job on the presentation of the food and it was all absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was amazing and the music playing was not too loud to where we couldn’t hear each other. This is definitely our go to place in the future! Looking forward to a karaoke night with our residents! Thank you Addacie for your warm hospitality!”
