“If you haven’t been to Down and Out inside the Brahma Express, you are seriously missing out. This scratch kitchen is an absolute hidden gem in Stockdale.Nicholas was working when we stopped by, and he did an amazing job! The customer service was top-notch, but the food completely stole the show. We ordered the Cubano and the Carnitas Grilled Cheese, and both were spectacular. The Cubano was perfectly pressed with incredible flavor, and the Carnitas Grilled Cheese was gooey, rich, and grilled to absolute perfection.You can tell everything is made from scratch with real care. We will definitely be back. Ask for Nicholas when you go!”
