First time here. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and a bean and cheese Chalupa... But were soo good! Next time I'm trying the Fajitas... when they brought them out, the wonderful smell hit your nose and you could hear the sizzle.. Their dishes are tasty and nicely presented.
Best place in town! Open seven days a week.

La Tapatia Restaurant offers outstanding food and top notch service in a lively atmosphere. The vibe is fantastic, especially for a late-night outing, with a full liquor bar and a great selection of drinks. The place can be a little loud with a large amount of people and TVs tuned to different interests. The food is excellent, with specific meals like barbacoa taco, shredded chicken chalupa, caldo de res, Chicken Tortilla Soup, and Mini Street Tacos all being very good. The Chicken Tortilla Soup is loaded with chicken. For catering, it is super easy to book with fair prices. They can even go to a home and set up, or offer delivery. They brought everything needed for serving, including mini taco trays, margaritas on the rocks, beans, rice, hot sauce, and onions for the tacos. Everything was hot and ready to go. The service is really good and professional, making this location the best around the area.
