How can you sale a king bacon without bacon.. and it wasn't just one it was 2 plus I have to go inside after I got my order thru the drive thru cuz they forgot to a burger on my order. But the guy inside can talk his head off with the two girls.

Awful service. There's not much to eat here in this town and I decided to give it another try and I remembered why I stopped coming here. I placed an online order, showed up and still had to wait 20 mins in line only for my order to be wrong and barely warm. I ordered two orders of chicken fries one was a 12 piece one was an 8 piece only to get one order of 8 piece nuggets. I had to get off and go inside for the rest of my order and thats when the guy told me they were out of chicken. Why not communicate with me at the window and let me know beforehand. And one 8 piece nugget is not equivalent to a 12 count order and an 8 count order. It was for my kids.

Went to this floresville location on Tuesday 8/12 at 9:30pm. Just finished a long appt at the vet and me and my kid were tired and hungry. Ordered 2 kids meals with chicken nuggets and onion rings. I even paid extra for extra bbq sauce for the tenders. Should be simple enough.
Girl in the DT gives me one kids meal then tells me to wait for the other. Waited 3-4 min then she handed me the 2nd kids meal and closes the window. I stay there and she comes back to the window and work attitude says “what did I forget?” I said “my drinks”
So she finally proceeds to making my drinks. Mind you I’ve been in the DR like 8 minutes now.
I get my drinks and drive off for a 1 hour home to San Antonio.
As I dip my hand into the bag, I was soooooo disappointed to grab a super soggy onion ring. I have worked at Burger King in the past and I could tell those onion rings have been sitting under the light for a long time.
I grab a chicken nugget and those were nice and hot (hence the 2 stars) and I go grab my bbq sauces, and no sauces in the bag.
I could not believe it. We were the only car in the DT while we were there and there were no people in their lobby.
Do better in training or keeping your employees accountable Burger King. Terrible and for sure I won’t be back at this location ever.

I gave it a five star even though there could have been improvements but I’m not from the area and me and my family were passing through. I had an ok experience although I did witness another customer not so pleased at all and then the customer yelled and slammed the doors on the way out. I had the kids so my main focus was getting them out of that area so non of them got hurt although wasn’t a big deal but still the people at Bk Were nice and polite to me.

Went through the drive thru, wasn't to long but the wait was longer than I expected since it wasn't a long line. Guy at drive thru definitely should cut back on the cologne.. I was worried we would be able to tast his cologne it was so strong.
