Sweet lady served us.
Insanely long wait with an empty lobby. Over 50 minutes to get my takeout order. That was only 2 combos. Will not be coming back here.

I went this evening for a #1. I pull up and your team members were all sitting outside. My order was completely wrong, I got a dry burger with no veggies but tomatoes. I’m always very kind because I’m a GM in the restaurant industry but the kid working the window last night was rude. I asked to add a coke to my order and gave me a very annoyed look and got annoyed by it. His response was I guess. I will never be back, I visit at least 2-3 times a week and it’s always an issue with wait or service.

For those that follow me, and to the public.... Dairy Queen here in Floresville Texas turned out to be a okay! As a regular patron 😀 I'm happy to report that for a small town business this store does very well.

We waited 20 minutes for ice cream in the drive thru. At one point we noticed the drive through worker, a young man, using his cellphone instead of helping customers. Then when he was done, he just stood there looking at his nails 💅. We will never go again, and I hate to say this, but I don't recommend anyone too. That was just a blatant disrespect for the customers. Very disappointed.

Had to wait 45 mins for food. The food was cold and looked like it was just thrown together the flour tortillas were torn for the tacos as soon as you tried to lift it to eat everything fell apart.

Staff didn't inform me until after I ordered that ice cream would take time. I've been waiting 40 minutes and still no ice cream. Don't waste your time here. Go across the street to Wendy's and get a Frosty.

Sitting in the drive thru trying to figure out why it's taking 30 mins to place my order, then I figured it out, half the crew was sitting on their arses in the lobby bullshitting it up , including the person taking the orders. A little hard to take an order from the lobby. Placed my order pretty simple strawberry banana malt. I got a strawberry banana maltless malt. Getting 2 out of 3 right isn't bad when the priority is to socialize with coworkers,

We don't eat out often and decided to go to one of our favorite places DQ.. WAIT FOR QUITE A BIT OF TIME TO GET OUR FOOD WHEN WE CAME HOME OUR ORDER WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED FRIES WERE NOT THE CORRECT SIZE THAT WE GOT CHARGED FOR CHEESE WAS MISSING FROM TWO BURGERS AND SOMEHOW BACON WAS PUT IN ONE BURGER AND WE DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST BACON. FOR AS LONG AS WE WAITED OUR ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECT AND THE FOOD SHOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AND WARM AND THE FRIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRESH SO CALLED THE STORE SPOKE WITH A NICE GENTLEMAN NAMED RYAN WHO IF I KNEW HIS MANAGERS WERE GOING TO BE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE WAY THEY WERE I WOULD HAVE NOT EVEN WROTE HIS NAME DOWN ON THE RECEIPT. HE DID APOLOGIZE LET ME KNOW WHEN WE GET A CHANCE YOU CAN COME BACK IN AND HE'LL REPLACE ALL THREE ORDERS FOR US NO PROBLEM MUCH APPRECIATED. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY TYPE OF RESTAURANT OR FAST FOOD JOINT THAT HAS ACCIDENTALLY GOT THE ORDER WRONG AND OF COURSE REPLACED IT WITH NO PROBLEM NOT HERE NOT AT THE DAIRY QUEEN IN FLORESVILLE A RUDE LADY WHO WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE LYING AND MAKE LITTLE COMMENTS LIKE "HMMM THAT'S INTERESTING, I WAS HERE THAT DAY I DON'T REMEMBER TAKING THIS CALL" WELL CUZ YOU DIDN'T LADY ACCORDING TO HER AND HER GENERAL MANAGER SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE WELL NOT THAT TIME . YOU SHOULD NEVER MAKE SOMEONE FEEL LIKE THEY'RE LYING TO YOU ESPECIALLY A CUSTOMER.SHE WAS RUDE AND THEN CALLS HER GENERAL MANAGER WHO IS EVEN WORSE POINTING HIS FINGER IN MY FACE HAD TO TELL HIM TO GET HIS FINGER OUT OF MY FACE THAT IS ONE THING THAT MAKES ME FLIP ALL I KNOW IS THEY ARE BOTH LUCKY THAT MY KID WAS THERE AND I'M TRULY LEARNING OR TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL MY TEMPER WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT CHOOSING MY BATTLES I GUESS YOU CAN SAY TRYING TO BE A BETTER PERSON AND PEOPLE LIKE THEM MAKING VERY HARD BUT I KEPT MY COOL..THEY BOTH MADE A BIG OLE ISSUE SAYING WE'LL REPLACE IT THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER SO STUPID AND RUDE THEN DECIDE THEY'RE GOING TO BE EVEN UGLIER AND START TELLING RYAN OUT IN THE LOBBY OF THE RESTAURANT HE HAD NO RIGHT TO REPLACE MY ORDER WITHOUT A MANAGER'S CONSENT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL YOU DON'T SPEAK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF ANYBODY YOU TAKE THEM TO YOUR OFFICE THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE AN OFFICE LEARN SOME MANNERS AND LEARN SOME RESPECT TOWARDS YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS AND I GUESS SHE IS A SHIFT LEADER IF I'M NOT MISTAKING HER NAME WAS JOSEPHINE AND HE IS THE GM FELIX DELGADO LIKE I STATED BOTH WERE VERY RUDE NOT ONLY TO US THE CUSTOMERS BUT ALSO TO THEIR EMPLOYEE WHO JUST TRY TO HELP US WHEN THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG THE FIRST TIME. AND THEN TELLS ME "YES WE'LL REPLACE IT THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO A MANAGER" THERE IS THAT NOT GOING TO BE A NEXT TIME AND TOO TOP IT OFF THEY STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG THEY FORGOT MY CHEESE IN MY BURGER AND WHEN I BROUGHT THE BURGER TO THEIR ATTENTION AT THE COUNTER SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO GRAB A COLD PIECE OF CHEESE AND GIVES IT TO ME TO PUT IN MY OWN BURGER I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT. SO THEN I ASKED HER WELL CAN YOU AT LEAST WARM IT UP AFTER TOUCHING MY FOOD AND HAVING OTHER PEOPLE TOUCH IT SHE LITERALLY PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE WARMED IT UP AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME AND SAID THERE YOU GO JOSEPHINE YOU NEED TO LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GOT IN YOUR POSITION BUT THE BEST THING YOU COULD HAVE DONE WAS REMAKE MY BURGER INSTEAD OF PUTTING YOUR HANDS ALL OVER IT AND THEN EXPECTING ME TO EAT IT

I ordered the Oreo fudge brownie from the limited time menu. I get charged for an extra ingredient and I don't think they put the brownie.
