Pretty good food selection. The meals we had were probably a 7 out of 10. We’ve lived here for about 10 years and friendly decided to try Maverick. Am I opinion, the area where we were seated was way too dark. We did look around and some of the other tables were a little bit lighter. Overall, I can now say that I’ve tried it. I talked to my 83-year-old and 77-year-old neighbors. They also said that they two can say that they’ve tried it, but won’t be going back. Maybe it was just what we had selected on this day.

The food is very good but the service was bad cus they had us waiting while they were helping people who came in after us but you did have 2 workers who were very helpful but if it wasn't for them we would of been there more then a hour just to order food Togo

The steak looked good but lacked flavor. The green beans were excellent and the fried zucchini needed some seasoning in the coating. Ranch was way too thick. I've given them another try and unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon

Went for the first time on a late Saturday afternoon. Service was top notch! The server was a younger girl. Great personality and knowledge of the menu. Checked on us frequently. Atmosphere is so nice. And the food?? Excellent! Portions are huge & well worth it. We will definitely be going back to try out more of the menu. Suggest the garlic cheese curds with homemade ranch…so yummy!

I’ve lived nearby and having been going to Mavericks for years, but the past couple of times I’ve been disappointed with their to go food. Today, I ordered for pick up a 6oz sirloin steak, cooked MEDIUM. I got a well done steak. Still gonna eat it, but not happy about it. I’ve always had a good experience dining in, but picking up orders and not only been hit or miss, it’s just been miss. Wouldn’t recommended ordering to go here. Rating is just for their to go service.

The food is delicious. You need to try the chicken fried steak. Maverick size. You will truly enjoy a delighted plate and I can't wait to go there again.

We were a party of three. We’re sat in the back dining/bar area. We waited for awhile until the server/bartender finished her conversation. Took our Oder and looked bothered and rushed. Why, I don’t know because we were one of two tables in an empty room. Dropped off drinks and never offered or asked if we needed sweetener for our unsweetened teas. My meal had two sides of a fully loaded baked potato and grilled zucchini. Potato was good and zucchini was drenched in a plate of oil. Sever was non existent and had trouble getting her attention. Was more worried about chit chatting with other waitstaff and a male employee who kept watching football game on tv. Was looking forward to eating here but once is enough for me. Not impressed and not disappointed interested in returning. Wanted to speak to someone about my experience but never could find who I could talk to.

It's a great place to take the family. There were 5 people in our group and not a single item was disappointing. The giant chicken fried steak was amazing as well as the 2 huge sides that it came with. My wife had the club sandwich and was only able to eat half because it was huge. My only disappointment was that I was so full that I couldn't order dessert. There were so many delicious sounding entrees and sides that I'm going to have to force myself to go back and try them all. 😁 I'm attaching a photo of my neighbor's granddaughter trying to claim my chicken fried steak. Lol. If you're not in their area it is sooo worth the drive.

Good if you go there but can’t call take out. Edit- you can call in when the phone line isn’t so busy, either way when I got there I ordered take out and left my phone number and name (that they wrote down on the receipt) to sit in the parking lot for them to call me, they finally called and told me the food had been ready for 30+ minutes but thought I just hadn’t gotten there yet. When I got home 2 out of 3 orders were wrong like they didn’t care to listen when I was ordering face to face, and any food that wasn’t wrong was cold.
